Is it possible to do a Mini Face Lift with a Mommy Makeover that includes Breast lift w/implants and a tummy tuck?

Hi from ıstanbul,Thank you for this question.Mini facelift and mommy makeover surgeries should not be combined in one surgery. Both of the surgeries carry risk for thrombosis, and the risk rises when the duration of the surgery is longer.

I personally do not recommend and would not perform all surgeries at once. The duration of the surgery is very crucial. Therefore, being under general anesthesia for so long presents a risk for the patients.

Yes, it is possible.  However, depending on your age, health, weight and medical conditions.  A mommy make-over may take 4-6 hours, and a mini-facelift 2-3 hours.  It would probably be safer to separate these procedures into two separate dates.  This would be safer.

Safety is the first consideration in planning a surgery or combining surgeries.  In general, the risk of potential complications begins to increase after 6 or so hours, probably less so if you are young and healthy.  If your surgeon is efficient and could finish each of the 3 mentioned surgeries in about two hours each, this would fall within the six hour timeframe and should be safe.  This gives you the added benefit of a price reduction because you were having all surgeries done at once and you don’t need three different anesthesias, as well as only having a single recovery from all 3 surgeries.  Have a detailed consultation with your plastic surgeon to see if this would be possible. Best wishes.
