Is it possible to get a Mommy Makeover + Mini Facelift at the same time?

A Mommy Makeover is already a lengthy procedure, and adding a mini facelift could extend the operating time, potentially requiring these procedures to be performed in separate sessions. Additionally, your age, overall health, and lifestyle habits play significant roles in determining whether it is safe for you to combine these procedures. However, your surgeon will make this decision after assessing your goals and health.

I personally do not recommend and would not perform all surgeries at once. The duration of the surgery is very crucial. Therefore, being under general anesthesia for so long presents a risk for the patients.

In general, it is best to stage major body and facial operations separately. Due to the required anesthesia time, I usually recommend doing the face lift first, and then follow up with the mommy makeover about 3 months later.

In general, the risk of potential complications begins to increase after 6 or so hours, probably less so if you are young and healthy. If your surgeon is efficient and could finish each of the 3 mentioned surgeries in about two hours each, this would fall within the six hour timeframe and should be safe. This gives you the added benefit of a price reduction because you were having all surgeries done at once and you don’t need three different anesthesias, as well as only having a single recovery from all 3 surgeries.
