Yes, it is possible.  However, depending on your age, health, weight and medical conditions.  A mommy make-over may take 4-6 hours, and a mini-facelift 2-3 hours.  It would probably be safer to separate these procedures into two separate dates.  This would be safer.

Safety is the first consideration in planning a surgery or combining surgeries.  In general, the risk of potential complications begins to increase after 6 or so hours, probably less so if you are young and healthy.  If your surgeon is efficient and could finish each of the 3 mentioned surgeries in about two hours each, this would fall within the six hour timeframe and should be safe.  This gives you the added benefit of a price reduction because you were having all surgeries done at once and you don’t need three different anesthesias, as well as only having a single recovery from all 3 surgeries.
