I got my implants in Jan 2019. Shortly after my implants started to shift. Fast forward a few years, I am now going for an augmentation revision surgery to correct symmastia. I have scheduled surgery for July 19th! I'm excited and ready to get beautiful boobs without pain and discomfort. I'm nervous about recovery time on this procedure vs the first augmentation.

I go in tomorrow for my revision with dr. Madjidi. The current images are my implants now, by another doctor prior to my revision surgery scheduled for 7/19. Currently 350cc (saline so not sure what they are filled to, thinking 400cc?) high profile, tear drop textured implant, I will be doing a 420cc, high profile, round smooth implant. I’m not nervous but also doesn’t seem real that we are finally here. Will be posting post-op images soon!

First full day post op. We have the gaze over the sternum for extra support on the sternum for the first few days. We will remove that when I see her for follow up Friday. The surgery went very smooth, pain is minimal and we were able to do larger implants which we weren’t sure would happen. I cannot wait to see them when we take off the gaze and bra. So far so good!

6 days post op! Pain has been nearly nonexistent. Just some soreness day one and two. They look amazing as they are settling. I love them more each day!

Almost a month post op! They are beautiful! Couldn’t be happier with them! I’m in my surgical bra for another 2 month to make sure they settle correctly!

Dr. Madjidi is a beautiful soul. She worked with me to get a breast reduction and made the process so easy. She’s impressively educated and you can tell she loves what she does. I was having chronic migraines and I know it had a lot to do with my breasts because they were so heavy it made my bra cut into my shoulders so I held a lot of tension there. I have also struggled with confidence because my chest was the largest part of me. People can be unkind and it really was tough. She brought me from a 34DDD to a C cup. My migraines have been near non existent. My confidence has sky rocketed and I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin. Dr. Madjidi was so kind and listened and talked me through every step of the process. If you ever think about getting a reduction, DO IT! And go see Dr. Madjidi. She was absolutely amazing.

I have had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Madjidi, and she has made me look and feel amazing! I had breast and abdomen surgery, and I can barely see my scars. She has taken great care of me and my family. Dr Madjidi completely changed my life after the birth of my second child. She operated on me for an abdominoplasty after major abdominal tear and pain that I was experiencing. It has felt and looked amazing since then, with zero complications since then. She’s an extremely caring doctor with a genuinely warm bedside manner. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for an exceptional doctor who really cares.

Dr. Madjidi performed a lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) for both my eyes and facial fat grafting. She performed the procedure in a very professional manner. I was very comfortable with her and I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Madjidi performed two procedures for me and the outcome is spectacular!

She removed breast implants that had been in place for over 30 years. The old implants were placed too high in the chest area, were not pliable and soft like real breast tissue would feel. My breasts would often have pains and were just uncomfortable. In addition, the nipples had drooped and were sagging!

While performing surgery to replace the implants and lift everything back in to place, Dr. Madjidi found what I refer to as unidentified objects! The implants were caked in calcification and starting to leak. She replaced the old implants with new ones of a better proportion, removed the unidentified objects, and artistically lifted it all back to perfection!

I never experienced any pain or swelling or bruising after the surgery!!! None at all!!! With all that was done I have been so surprised that it was so easy on my body. And, as importantly as feeling good about having repaired the problems, I’m also thrilled with the way my overall appearance seems to have improved, based on how I feel about myself and also based on all the compliments I’m getting! Almost every day since the surgery when I’m out and about, someone compliments me! It’s such a good feeling
