MMO w/breast aug or separate surgery for augmentation?

Question

Interested in a breast augmentation but starting to think more seriously about a TT/MR/Lipo. I can’t really fathom doing that all plus breast augmentation together. Is there a reason it’s better to do it as one surgery vs two? If I do the augmentation first, will my body change so much from the TT that the implants won’t look right any longer? Is it more cost effective together?

I would recommend you to combine those surgeries if you dont have too much fat for liposuction. Even in a combination surgery we almost always start with tummy tuck and then breast surgery because the inframamary fold may alter after tummy tuck so if you want to dived the surgeries my recommendation will be to start with tummy tuck.Best Luck!

You can safely undergo a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction at the same time.  Most women opt to have these as a combined procedure to #1, minimize recoveries, and #2, minimize cost.  Instead of needing to take time off of work, exercise, etc to recover twice, it is typically easier to combine it into 1 recovery.  If you feel strongly about breaking them up, as long as you have an idea of what your goal breast size is, keeping in mind that removing excess abdominal tissue can make the breasts appear larger, you can still get a fantastic result.  The other option is to undergo the tummy tuck first and the augmentation to follow.  Ultimately it's a personal preference.  Best of luck in your cosmetic journey!

There can be other areas/procedures combined dependent on patients' needs and priorities. I perform the "Mommy Makeover" procedure together often. It can save you money as it would just be one OR fee vs two separate OR fees. Patients also prefer doing it together, so they only go through recovery once. Safety is the priority for any surgery. If your tummy tuck, liposuction and breast augmentation with a breast lift could all be completed in approximately six or seven hours, and you are a healthy person, it would be safe to go ahead with this combination.
