Looking for mommy makeover after 100 lb weight loss. Should I wait until I lose more weight?

I currently weigh 161 lbs at 5'3" which still leaves me with an overweight BMI. I've stagnated on losing any more weight but I have 20 lbs to go until I reach a normal BMI. I can't tell how much of my current weight is loose skin or fat. I'm very flabby in the stomach because I have PCOS so that's where I carry my weight. I'm looking into a tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast lift at the very least. Should I wait until I lose more weight?

My office policy states that with normal health history and no nicotine use, elective surgery may be performed if a BMI in under 32. If you are happy at your current weight, you may safely have surgery.

I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This will also pull up the skin of the upper abdomen making it easier to do the tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction.
