Hypertrophic Scars on my Nose? (photo)

Hello doctors I have no acne but I have hypertrophic scars, these are like lifts skin, I apply the fractional c02 laser but did not work in my scars.My scars are same to this photos.

Based on what I can see from the picture, what you are calling scars on the nose do not appear to be scars. Rather, they appear to be either benign fibrous growths (common on the nose) or prominent glands.  We have great success treating these in our practice using electrosurgery (electrodessication or very light superficial burning). However, this treatment can cause temporary crusting (scabbing) and discoloration which you need to be willing to tolerate for a few weeks. Once it heals, the skin looks very smooth.
