Could this be capsular contracture, or could it be something else? (Photos)

I have teardrop silicone breast implants. Around June 2026, I noticed that my left breast had become significantly firmerand seemed rounder and more projected than it had previously been. I was concerned that I might be developing capsular contracture. What has confused me is that a few weeks later, my right breast seemed to do essentially the same thing, and the change in the right breast felt very sudden, almost overnight. I’ve attached comparison photos from July 26 and September 15. Both sets of photos were taken after I had already noticed the initial change, so the July photos are not true “before” photos, I do have an appointment for breast imaging, I'm just curious what else it could be? As it doesn't seem like it fits the definition of CC.
