What is wrong with my 14 year old implants? Should they be replaced? (Photos)

Hi, I had my implants replaced 14 years ago. They look weird now and I’m wondering if something is wrong? Occasionally, I will have pain in my left breast. I get regular mammograms and do breast self exams so I know I’m OK in that regard. Any ideas what might be wrong with the implants? Should they be replaced ?

Did you try on 250 and 275 to see the difference? Generally speaking, 25 cc is not a big difference therefore you’ll probably be satisfied with either. However, since you did mention that you’d rather go smaller than bigger, you might want to consider 250cc.
