What can cause butt burning or stinging 1 year post BBL? How can it be treated?

For some reason I keep feeling a electricity running through my legs up to butt and becoming swollen I have new fat should I be worried, because I am. My Dr. canceled my appointment before I could go to my 1 year follow up, the girl that called said I didn't need to ask any more questions. It feels kind of like a laser going up my let. If anyone answers it would be helpful.
