I've added a pic of my boobs before. Had 265cc put in submuscular (that's behind the muscle right) anyways they stick more out on the sides than they do straight out and my nipples are much more puffy than they used to be. How much will this change? My tape is still on-could that be why?

Answer: Implant dropping It's certainly early, if your tape is still on. But yes, typically the implants drop over time to be in the correct position, which is more directly behind the nipples (in your case you seemed to have no ptosis starting out). So, right now the implants are high. Usually we'll do massaging. Was it total submuscular, or sort of a combo (known as a dual plane)? If totally under the muscle, then yes, that tends to make the implants ride up and you should follow your PS closely so that they take on the correct position. I almost always do at leasts a dual plane I (there are 3 types), unless I'm going subglandular
