I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Steely and his staff (Cindy is an angel)! Getting my implants removed (no lift) and a capsulectomy is something that I considered for about 5 years and the idea of this surgery gave me so much anxiety for so long but Dr. Steely far exceeded all of my expectations. I spoke to a couple different surgeons in Houston and was completely turned off by all the others because they all insisted that they put in a replacement implant instead of just listening to me when I said I didn’t want implants at all anymore. I was also told by a few people “wow your boobs look so good why are you doing this?” Or “you won’t be happy with the appearance if you don’t have an implant in” My first meeting with Dr. steely was completely different than the rest. He basically said “this is your body and this is what you want so we are going to get it all out for you” no questions asked, no trying to convince me to get implants. The day of my consult I immediately booked the surgery because I was so certain and so comfortable with the idea of him being my surgeon. I had very reasonable expectations for how I would look after surgery. I looked at before and after pics and I really came to terms with the idea that I may not love the appearance of my boobs. I am 2 weeks post op and I can confidentially say that my results are amazing. They look so much better than I pictured in my head and my scar is hardly even noticeable. He’s such an amazing doctor and I would recommend him to anyone that is considering an explant!

I realized today that it's been 10 years since I had my surgery with Dr. Steely, and I am still so happy with my results. Every time I am topless and see myself in the mirror, I love what I see. And that's every single time I am about to take a shower or am changing clothes, so imagine how happy I feel all the time. I specifically went to Dr. Steely because, on his website, he promised natural results. I held off on getting breast implants for a long time because I was so afraid of those rock-hard implants that look bolted to a woman's chest. But luckily, he delivered exactly what he had promised. My breasts have since looked noticeably bigger while looking natural, and they're still perky to this day. I was also pleased with our initial consultation. When the consult ended, Dr. Steely said it was OK if I chose a different doctor, as long as they're a licensed, board-certified surgeon. And on the day of the surgery, he had great bedside manners. My emergency contact was one of my male relatives, and Dr. Steely asked if I wanted him out of the room before he took my hospital gown top off to evaluate my chest one last time. Some other doctor would've just removed it without being aware of who else was in the room, but Dr. Steely made sure not to put me in an awkward situation. Back then, I never thought about writing a review. I didn't see the point until now that I realized reviews are there to help potential patients, not to benefit the doctor. I hope I can help someone who may have otherwise chosen a bad doctor.

Dr steely did a breast lift+implants procedure on me 2 years ago. Not to be dramatic, but he truly changed my life. I wanted it done quick since I would have family in town to help with my kids and he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the year, if my memory serves me right, within 2 weeks. He and his whole team are professional, warm and welcoming. I couldn't have had a better experience. 2 years later, i'm healed, scar is light & continuing to fade. I dont see it unless i'm looking for it and you cant see it if I'm in my swim suit. My girls look good.. real good!

I numerous consultations before choosing a surgeon. Dr. Steely genuinely wanted what was best for me. He was focused on understanding my body’s capabilities rather than just trying to please me. Let me start by saying that Dr. Steely was my preferred choice a few years ago when I read he was one of the top plastic surgeons in Houston in a Newsweek article. My experience from the very beginning was nothing short of wonderful. I had previously seen his before and after gallery and read his reviews prior to scheduling my consult. The entire experience along with his incredible staff, I could not have asked for more. Dr. Steely is kind, professional, incredibly talented and I am beyond happy with my surgery and results. I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Steely for your mommy makeover. You might walk in feeling like a food stamp. But you’ll definitely walk out looking like a million bucks! Haha!

Absolutely amazing results. I was so insecure before but Dr. Steely and his staff did a fantastic job with explaining everything to me and my breast augmentation looks phenomenal! I traveled from Louisiana (closer to the MS line) to Texas for my augmentation and follow ups. It was a lit of time however I made the right choice! Dr. steely is the way to go!

It’s been 5 years and I couldn’t be happier with the results and how amazing Dr. Steely is! His bedside manners are next to none and his staff is just as great! Would choose anyone else. I am 23 years old, 5 foot even, and weigh approximately 100 lbs. I wanted a breast augmentation for reasons none other than feeling feminine and more confident. I went to 5 different consultations with various doctors in the Houston, TX area, and Dr. Steely + staff made the decision to go with them extremely easy. They are down to earth people that made me feel comfortable the entire process. After coming to the conclusion that I wanted Doctor Steely to perform my surgery, we decided on silicone implants that were 250cc's. Mrs. Cindy and I discussed dates to have the surgery that best accommodated my schedule. There were plenty of options and I chose one that was about a month after my first meeting with them. I was instructed to stop consuming caffeinated beverages and most medications that cause blood thinning about two weeks before my surgery date. Surgery day finally arrived and I got dressed in the hospital attire. Dr. Steely and the anesthesiologist met me in pre-op and gave me a Valium to calm my nerves, which helped greatly. The surgery lasted around 40 minutes and I felt zero pain once I woke up from the anesthesia, (I remember asking Dr. Steely a hug after the surgery and he gave me the biggest bear hug! SO awesome to have a doctor who isn't arrogant and robotic). The implants sat high on my chest and were firm to the touch for about one to two weeks after surgery. I had a post-op appointment about a week after for Dr. Steely to check everything out and he said they looked great. He provided clear instructions as to what tasks I would be limited to, including lifting anything over 5-10 lbs., sleeping on my back, still postponing intake on most medications, only showers no baths, and how to "massage" the implants. I followed his instructions to a T. Around two or three weeks after my initial post-op appointment, my stitches were removed and I bought a properly fitting bra from a boutique Mrs. Cindy referred me to, along with a discount for my purchase. Fast forward two or three more weeks, I went to my final post-op appointment, and Dr. Steely took my after pictures. He also felt around the implants, ensuring me that everything was healing properly. I am now 8 weeks post-surgery and I have never felt more like myself! This is something I never in a million years thought would be achievable for me! They look natural and are proportionate to my petite frame. I could not be more satisfied with Doctor Steely's artistry and talent, along with his understanding of each individual's desired result. If you are on the fence about which board-certified surgeon to perform your breast augmentation, do yourself a favor and pick Dr. Steely and his amazing team.
