Breast Surgery
I specialize in a number of different breast enhancement procedures here in Houston, including breast augmentation, breast implant removal, breast lift, and breast reduction. With each type of surgical breast procedure, my ultimate goal is to always ensure you look and feel your absolute best. Every breast surgery is unique, and I’ll work closely with you to ensure the result is custom-tailored to your specific needs. For example, I can help in cases where you've lost a large amount of weight and are experiencing lost size and shape. I can also help in cases where aging or pregnancy has resulted in sagging and loss of firmness, or in situations where breasts are asymmetrical. On the other end of the spectrum, I specialize in breast reductions—a surgery which has the highest patient satisfaction rate in all of plastic surgery—to help you feel more confident and comfortable.
Skin Tightening
Making you look and feel better in and out of clothes is our priority, and the Steely Plastic Surgery center in Houston will help you get there. Treatments include liposuction, a sculpting process where excess fat is removed via a tiny incision in a discreet area of the body. This procedure can be combined with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which dramatically reduces the appearance of a protruding midsection that's caused by fat and/or loose skin. Our Houston facility also specializes in arm lifts (brachioplasty) to create a more defined upper arm, as well as full-body lifts. The latter option is ideal in situations of extreme weight loss, where excess skin is impacting your daily life. These procedures include a belt lipectomy, thigh lift, or lower body lift. As always, I will work closely with you to create a tailored approach that helps you reach your aesthetic goals.

Dr. Robert Steely, MD, FACS is a double board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston, Texas. Dr. Steely and his seasoned staff specialize in cosmetic plastic surgery of the breasts, including breast augmentation and implants, breast lifts, and breast reductions. Additionally, he is exceptionally skilled in body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and skin rejuvenation treatments, including laser hair removal, PRP microneedling, and dermal fillers.
Upon graduating from the University of Texas-Galveston, where he obtained his medical degree, Dr. Steely completed two residencies at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas—one in plastic surgery and the other in general surgery. He also received advanced training at St. Joseph Hospital in microsurgery and advanced cardiac life support.
During his 20-year tenure as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Steely has received several prestigious awards. He earned the Academic Excellence Award from St. Joseph Hospital Surgical Residency and was also the second-place recipient of the Cronin Award from the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Steely is board-certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons.
