Is the rippling/dimpling on my chest in between my new breast implants normal? (Photo)

Rippling along the medial aspect of the breast can be a result of saline implants, saline or silicone implants placed in a patient with very thin tissues, implants placed on top of the muscle, and implants placed that totally divide the medial border of the pectoralis muscle in order to optimize cleavage. In this case of the photos submitted, it looks like usual post operative swelling that should settle and soften  in the next 2-3 months. 

Rippling after a breast augmentation is from the tissue not providing enough coverage over the implant.  There are several options to correct this including placing the implant below the muscle, choosing a different implant that does not ripple, or increasing the coverage.To increase the coverage without moving the implant some fat grafting can be done.  I do this on virtually all breast reconstruction patients and also in patients that have thin coverage at the time of a cosmetic breast augmentation.  It works great. I would make certain that your surgeon specializes in fat grafting.  There are some cosmetic concerns that can happen if they are not expert at it.  It is a delicate procedure to do well without compromising the implant.

will change as you heal and is likely to resolve completely.  Focus on healing and following your surgeon's instructions and hoping for the best outcome possible for you!

Rippling in the middle of your chest is likely secondary to swelling; will likely go away over the next few weeks as your swelling subsides.

It is hard to tell without any examination whether this is rippling or dimpling.  My suspicion is it is slight rippling in the wall of the implant.  As the implants drop into position hopefully this will disappear.  See her plastic surgeon for an examination and advice regarding breast implant displacement exercises.
