Overall I would say that the experience was good. The after care was wonderful. Michelle really helped me with all my questions and concerns. She texted me back quickly and efficiently. I was very thankful for her help. Pre surgery I did feel a little lost. The bill total kept changing and a lot of things were assumed without being clarified. I would say that it's important to remember that a lot of patients have not been through surgery before so its important to remember that we do not know a lot of the language and what to expect even. It would felt better to have seen Dr. Sand more than once. I had so many questions and I was told we would have another consultation and never did. I was also told there would be no hidden fees and the day of surgery I was told there was another lab fee. I am however extremely happy with the outcome and Dr. Sands is very talented. I would definitely recommend and already have to some friends. Staff is awesome and friendly. Thanks so much y'all. Just trying to be helpful and honest for the next person.

Extremely happy with results from surgery and how well my recovery went. I was very scared about recovery and the pain that would follow but the pain was minimal and was so much better than my first elsewhere. Would recommend Dr. Sands and his team to everyone. I also appreciate the follow ups to make sure the healing process is going as it should.

Dr. Sands and his staff are very friendly. They allow for any all all questions and are very knowledgeable in answering these questions. After my mastectomy and the reconstruction completed by Dr. Sands, I was very happy with the results. Nine years later I need some necrosis removed and never once thought of going to anyone else but to Dr. Sands. He is the first doctor that I recommend to others for for reconstruction. He definitely makes you feel important and wants what is best for you.

I am incredibly happy with my bilateral breast implant exchange! Dr. Sands took the time to understand what my specific concerns were, and he fixed those exact things. After my Avril cellulite treatment, my butt looked so much better, and when my legs had an awkward affect, the staff was willing to offer a few appointments free of charge to address the area of concern. The staff has always been very welcoming and willing to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns.
