I see lots of noses like mine with non surgical nose job. The closest one I found to do it is about 3 hours away..and I have to get a consultation first. Would I see good results? I just want to get rid of the hump and straighten the front profile
Answer: No you need a Rhinoplasty (Nosejob) Surgery | Facial Plastic Surgery | Expert | Revision | Non-Surgical | Filler | Liquid Rhino Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately even though non-surgical nosejobs are popular, they are ALMOST ALWAYS done on patients who are poor candidates for it, and who would have much better results with a proper surgical rhinoplasty. For your nose, with the prominent nasal bridge, overall large size, and asymmetry, you would be a perfect candidate for surgery. Filler would only make your nose appear larger and would not be balanced with the rest of your face. Many surgeons overlook key techniques that can otherwise soften the appearance of underlying structures, significantly improving tip symmetry and refinement, and resulting in beautiful and natural appearing results. These specialized maneuvers require a high level of expertise and experience, which most surgeons simply do not have. Given your history, an open septorhinoplasty would be the best approach to precisely reshape your nasal tip, refine the bridge, and restore overall balance. In addition to reshaping your nose aesthetically, your septal cartilage (or an alternative graft material) would be used to create structural grafts, reinforcing key areas like the columella (the strip of tissue between your nostrils). This is crucial to maintaining long-term symmetry and preventing future distortions. Rhinoplasty is one of the most technically demanding procedures in all of plastic surgery—millimeters make all the difference. If a surgeon is only performing one or two rhinoplasties per month, they simply do not have the level of experience necessary to achieve the best possible result. Your nose defines your entire face—this is NOT a surgery to leave in the hands of just anyone. I have had extensive training in complex rhinoplasty, working under one of the highest-volume rhinoplasty surgeons in the world (who performs 1,000+ nose surgeries per year). If you’re serious about getting the best possible result, I’d be happy to see you for a consultation (Virtual or In-Person) where we can discuss your goals, perform a detailed examination, and create a customized plan for your ideal nose. I look forward to helping you achieve the refined, balanced nose you deserve! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Based on your photos, you may not be a candidate for a non-surgical nose job. Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal profile with a dorsal hump and a droopy tip. This is associated with relatively thin nasal skin. In my estimation, the size of your dorsal hump may be too large to consider camouflaging. Fillers could make the root of your nose connect to your face at the level of your eyebrows which may not be attractive. You appear to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery to achieve harm production, tip lift, and a more feminine nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: My two cents? A filler rhinoplasty on your nose would be awful. More ... Filler would try to mask the bump by filing in the relative depression just above the bump. But when you put something in, it makes things look bigger. So yeah, it might be harder to see the bump, but your nose would look substantially larger, and I doubt that's what you're looking for. Do a Google search for "Roman statue facial profile" to see what happens when you fill out above the bump. In a regular rhinoplasty, the bump would be lowered, and the tip elevated.

Answer: Liquid rhinoplasty The fillers would camouflage the bump by filling above it. Asymmetry may be a bit harder to correct and maybe a formal rhinoplasty would be a better approach.

Answer: HA Filler Nonsurgical Nose Jobs Work Well For Treating Nasal Humps & Bumps Its been about fifteen years since treating nasal bumps and humps have been successfully and easily treated with HA fillers and more than twenty years since I first treated them with Radiesse for that same purpose. Just this past week I treated a male patient with exactly the kind of bump seen these photographs. In experienced hands, it is a quick and easy procedure with immediate results and little to no significant downtime. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and be sure to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters. Hope this helps and best of luck.
