I’ve had 3 previous rhinoplasties, the last one being a year ago. I have a small indentation on one side of my nose, alongside my supratip area and then I also wish my nose tip was slightly raised. It doesn’t droop but I want it upturned. I talked with an ENT who said nose filler would be perfect for me. However, when I read online about blindness and necrosis I get freaked out. I keep reading it’s more dangerous after having had other surgeries. Would I be putting myself in great danger?

Answer: Would you consider a permanent nonsurgical nose job?
Blindness is an extremely rare risk, especially in an experienced injectors hands. Before injecting the filler, the injector can pull back on the syringe to ensure he or she is not in a blood vessel. Also, it is usually OK to inject in the middle of the bridge to build it up.
In my opinion, there is not a predictable non-surgical approach to lift the nasal tip. You appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, however, if the droopiness of your nasal tip after your trauma 8 years ago is bothering you, Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for repairing this. I hope...
Hi, fillers CAN correct asymmetry in the nose seen from the side and from the front. Fillers always add to the nose. A rhinoplasty procedure can add or take things away. Every person's nose is unique, and so are their needs.
