Nose dent correction without surgery? (Photo)

Dent removing without surgery I had a nose injury at the center tip of my nose. After that U developed a nose dent at same spot. I would really appreciate if anyone of you give me a suggestion in removing the dent non surgically. I have lost interest in all my activities. I feel so detached and ugly

So sorry this has happened to you and that you feel this bad. Happily, there is no need for despair. Subcision, a simple, relatively inexpensive, and quick technique for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented scars (from all causes, including trauma, as in this case) has an impressive record for safety and efficacy. I have personally been performing it regularly for these purposes since 1995. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar specialist with experience performing it. In the course of finding someone, be sure to exercise a great deal of buyer beware caution when being offered all kinds of expensive, supposedly "next big thing" gizmos and treatments, like fraxel lasers, RF devices, and PRP, as the hard science to back up the use of these lags woefully behind the heavy marketing and social media buzz to promote them. Remember, the simplest solution is often the best (and least expensive) solution. Hope this helps, and no need to despair.
