So sorry this has happened to you and that you feel this bad. Happily, there is no need for despair. Subcision, a simple, relatively inexpensive, and quick technique for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented scars (from all causes, including trauma, as in this case) has an impressive record for safety and efficacy. I have personally been performing it regularly for these purposes since 1995. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar specialist with experience performing it. In the course of finding someone, be sure to exercise a great deal of buyer beware caution when being offered all kinds of expensive, supposedly "next big thing" gizmos and treatments, like fraxel lasers, RF devices, and PRP, as the hard science to back up the use of these lags woefully behind the heavy marketing and social media buzz to promote them.
