I had a revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I like it except my nostrils are too droopy, while my tip has been raised. I am thinkink of getting a nasal thread lift for the nostrils only. Might this be a good idea? I have attached pics of my current nose, and what I would like the results. Please help! Thank you
I want my nose to be slimmer from the front. What are my options ? I heard nose threads would be good. Any way I can avoid a rhinoplasty ? I want my nose slimmer from the front and less big from the side maybe
Before I book a consultation for rhinoplasty, I would like to be educated on this topic as much as possible. Im constantly seeing videos of nose exercises and claims that squeezing and manipulating the nose will work just as well and there people in the comments saying it works. If this is true, can I squeeze the sides of my noses and pinch the tip to change it? Will this guarantee the same effects as rhinoplasty? Why or why not? Thank you.
I've seen so may videos claiming that nose exercises work and you can manually change the shape of your nose by making it slimmer or more pointed. Most people in the comments say it really works. Is this even possible? Can you really change the nose with facial exercises, pinching, pulling, or by blowing it?
Im kind of concerned about what I have done to my nose. Please help me understand. I am 22 and over a year Ive been frequently blowing my nose and applying pressure with my fingers over the tip, sliding it to the top, and releasing. I think I made it fatter and a wider somehow, and I think its dropping. Have I done anything to me nose? Are the cartilages subject to change after a year of manipulation. Why/why not?
Please help. Ive been doing nose exercises for a little over a year and now I feel like I permanently messed up my nose. I usually just rub my finger along the tip of my nose, up, and pushing it in I also tend to pinch the cartilage part a lot (pictured): read that excessive or consistent pressure can cause remodeling or deformation and that the cartilages can reshape when exposed to prolonged external force. Is this true? Did I weaken my nasal tip or made it fatter? Did I create a new shape?
