Can nose filler help me achieve a straighter front profile? (photo)

I really want to have my nose my symmetrical and I don’t like how wonky my nose is from the front. I know filler can only do so much such as correct bumps from the side profile but can it make noses appear straighter from the front?

In our experience, small indentations that can result in the nose after nasal trauma may be well suited for microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections. An examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

As you suspect, repair of a hanging Columella cannot be performed non-surgically. Depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for lifting of your hanging columella and for providing a less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Based on your narrative, I suspect that your nose may have been overfilled - not filler migration. Proper technique is used, injectable fillers tend to remain in the place where they have been injected. If you had an HA filler, this can lead to a puffy and distorted nasal appearance if too much...

Properly placed injectable fillers should not lead to nasal tip cartilage damage. Fillers are injected into the soft tissue in between the skin and cartilage, so your nasal cartilage should not be affected. If you are seeing an indentation after hyaluronidase, the latter could be the problem....

If you have a broad and flat nasal appearance, you may not be a great candidate for fillers. Augmenting a nasal bridge so it appears higher may require several treatments. If there is misplacement of product, it may have more to do with overcorrection then migration. I hope this helps!...

I am not aware of a relationship between Masseter Botox and a change in either the shape or function of someone's nose. Based on your singular photo, you appear to have an under projected nasal tip appearance, a dorsal hump, and possibly a prominent anterior nasal spine which causes a tension...
