Is my forehead too small? If so, is there a surgery I can get to make it bigger? (photos)

I agree with the other poster that your forehead is perfect as it is. Unfortunately those opinions will not prevent you from harming yourself with inappropriate  facial surgery supplied by our colleagues who may be prepared to offer you surgery. I personally think that forehead surgery and virtually any surgery has the potential to harm your facial aesthetics. That is why there should be a good reason to undertake surgery. The real question here is how many hour a day to you think about having forehead surgery. If you spend many hours day thinking about this and avoid social and work situation because of concerns about your appearance, you may have body dysmorphic disorder. I am not sure that people with BDD can be cured of these thoughts but therapy does bring insight which is helpful. If this sounds like you, consider working with a psychiatrist or psychologist regarding these thoughts.

Thank you for your question.   The size of your forehead can be measured as thirds in your face being the upper third form the hairline to the radix of the nose and the radix of the nose to the tip of the noses and  from the tip of the nose to the chin.    There is no perfect mathematics for this but my impression is that you are fine as you age it will get larger.

Based on these photos it is very hard to decide whether you need any surgery in the forehead/hairline area? Only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goals one could give you a more detailed advise.
