Is it normal to have increased pain, inflammation and hair loss at the scalp staple site 12 wks after lateral browlift? (photo)

I had a lower face lift, brow lift and neck lift 12 weeks ago. My scalp is still numb except at the staples site. The staple wounds were healing but now 11 weeks later, there is renewed pain, inflammation and increased hair loss. Is this normal? Sides of my face & front of neck remain numb, but I am most concerned about the staple site pain and hair loss. Also, top of scalp itching is becoming unmanageable.
