What’s the best option to lift tail of brow and/or corner of eye? (photo)

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I suggest getting a formal consultation with a facial sculpting expert. 

You are a young man with a fairly high hairline so caution needs to be exercised.  I would start with neurotoxin injections such as Dysport or Botox under the tail of the eyebrow to weaken the brow depressor, the orbicularis oculi muscle.  A  very small amount of dermal filler into the brow fat pad will also help elevate the brow.  A temporal brow lift with an incision just behind the already high temporal hairline would be a more permanent solution.  Neither of these procedures will change the shape of the eye.  

Brow lifting does not change the actual eye shape or eyelid shape. Eyelid surgery is really what can do that. Personal evaluation is necessary to determine what realistic results can be achieved.

Three options: a bit of Dysport into the lateral orbicularis to lift your brow, some filler into the bottom of your brow to aid the lift. If this doesn’t produce the desired result, a thread lift is the next option to elevate the lateral brow. Best to discuss these in person. 

Botox is a good nonsurgical alternative to a brow lift by treating deep brow depressor muscle.  This results typically in a 1-2 mm elevation of the lateral aspect of the brow and is sometimes referred to as a Botox brow lift.  If this treatment does not adequately improve the symmetry, brow lifting is an option. Be sure to discuss your case with the specialist and good luck.

A neurotoxin such as the Dysport you're using will lift the brow and reduce the hooding of the upper eyelid. A brow lift will give you a permanent permanent solution but I'm always cautious about this procedure in a man who may have hair loss later in life.Neither approach will lift the corner of the eye.
