If soft, these lesions may represent lipomas, benign fatty growths. If bone hard, these lesions could represent osteomas, benign bony growths. 
These lesions can be surgically removed, camouflaging the incisions behind the hairline.

It is possible to get rid of the bumps. Usually two small incisions are made vertically, hidden in the hairline and the raised areas are burred down. Best of luck.

It is hard to tell from the photos, but it is possible that this represents forehead lipoma or a bony growth called an osteoma. The lipoma is softer moves with the scalp, whereas the osteoma is firm and fixed to the bone of the skull. These types of lesions can both be removed with much success. The bumps to which you refer are known as forehead horns, raised symmetric bumps in the upper forehead. There are two methods of eliminating them, either burr them down or build up the forehead around them. The best treatment choice depends on your desired forehead look.
