Is it possible to make my nose like this computer image I created and what would be necessary to make it so?

So I used a beauty app to make my nose smaller. The app seemed to just decrease the width of my tip while leaving my nostrils the same. I like how natural this nose looks. Would it be possible to recreate this look and would that require adding definition to my nose bridge or simply cutting and reshaping it?

Although you have only provided one view of your nose in the photos, the images that you have created appear to be appropriate and realistic.  The definition that you have provided and the changes that you have provided are very likely obtainable.  Obviously, a thorough physical examination of your nose and a true consultation with computer imaging will provide you with an even better idea of the potential outcomes of your rhinoplasty.

The key to ethnic rhinoplasty is to refine the nose whist still retaining the overall ethnicity of the patient. From the photos provided, it seems the changes you desire are moderate and realistic, with narrowing of the nasal base, and better definition of the dorsum and tip. One important factor to consider in ethnic rhinoplasty is the thickness of the skin. Thick skin noses will swell for a much longer period after surgery, and the changes made to the underlying cartilage will be less apparent through thicker skin.Consult with a surgeon who has had extensive experience with ethnic rhinoplasty.All the best, and best regards.

You need to see several very experienced rhinoplasty surgeons who do a lot of ethnic rhinoplasty. Look at their before and after results in noses like yours and select a surgeon who has natural looking results and not the overdone look.

There is a technique which involves passing a permanent suture between the two outer parts of the nostrils just above your lip then pulling them together. This can reduce the width of the nose without altering the nostrils at all. The more traditional approach is to reduce the size of the nostrils via an alar base reduction procedure, which does not necessarily need to change the nostrils, only the soft tissue of the alar base next to them. You would not need to alter the bridge of the nose in order to work with the lower third.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Based on your photograph, you may benefit from decreasing the width of your alar base (alarplasty) and a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty.  Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose.  Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Generally speaking, I am not a fan of computer imaging.1. It does not have the aesthetic sense of an artistic eye, nor does it take into account the entire face in relation to the nose.2. The image may not be possible to achieve either because of the technical ability of the particular surgeon or the nose's underlying anatomy or skin quality. This is especially true with revisional surgeries where the anatomy is not normal and there may be underlying scarring.3. In my opinion, plastic surgery remains the domain of man(a human aesthetically inclined eye and the surgical ability to achive the desired result) over machine.Hope this helps

It is always helpful to see multiple views of the nose to fully assess what needs to be done. However, it is possible to decrease the width of the tip while leaving the nostril width the same. This involves nasal tip refinement to reshape this area. A full consultation would be beneficial to do computer imaging and better understand an expected result for your nose. Best of luck.

You would need to be seen in person. Computer imaging or app imaging soft ware can be interesting but not always reliable to do the inherent varying properties of patient's tissues.  Softening the tip is certainly possible but the thickness of the tissue may contribute to a lack of definition.
