So I used a beauty app to make my nose smaller. The app seemed to just decrease the width of my tip while leaving my nostrils the same. I like how natural this nose looks. Would it be possible to recreate this look and would that require adding definition to my nose bridge or simply cutting and reshaping it?

Answer: Closed rhinoplasty candidate, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Decreasing the width of the nasal tip There is a technique which involves passing a permanent suture between the two outer parts of the nostrils just above your lip then pulling them together. This can reduce the width of the nose without altering the nostrils at all. The more traditional approach is to reduce the size of the nostrils via an alar base reduction procedure, which does not necessarily need to change the nostrils, only the soft tissue of the alar base next to them. You would not need to alter the bridge of the nose in order to work with the lower third.
