How much will my tip/bridge go down after rhinoplasty?

I have thick/oily skin and i feel like my tip is longer and more bulbous than before :( its so swollen I am on day 8 and hav been taking bromelaine (started day 7) and applying arnica as well my profile is really not as i expected...wondering typicall how many millimeters of swelling goes down max in thick skin?
