Hi, i am 38, thin guy, 74kg/187cm, with a stuburn belly fat. i work out and eat well, but the belly fat wont go away. i've undergone a coolsculpting treatment 10 days ago in the upper and lower abs. i did 4 one-hour treatments in a diamond shaped area. i got an ice pack belt, and they claim its as efficient like a coolsculpting treatment after 30 days. i plan a second treatment, but i wish to try the belt first. how long after my treatment should i start? thanks!
