36HH and struggling with rashes. - Am I a good candidate for a breast lift? (Photos)

My breasts are very large and stretched looking. I’ve suspected I had tuberous breasts from very young due to the way my breasts behave/sit. I currently really struggle with the weight of my breasts (I’m a 36HH, and constantly struggling with sweat rash), and the way they sit on my chest. They sit out the side and it feels like they’re being pulled out to the side of my chest (you may be able to see from photos). When I lay down, they fall into my armpits, or fold over themselves into my face. I also struggle with the size of my areolas. Would a breast lift be a good idea for me? I’m concerned about scarring and loss of nipple sensation primarily. I also think I may have slight congenital symmastia, as the skin in between my breast is webbed/not attached to the breast bone, which I think might be contributing to my issues. I’d appreciate some advice on what procedure might be best for me. Many thanks :)
