Do I Need A Revision with Another Surgeon? (Photos)

I had a breast lift with a slight reduction about 8 years ago. The first round did not heal well (they looked awful) but the surgeon did a much better job the second time around. I’ve been paranoid about the results since though. When I saw this recent photo of me (black top) I was horrified. To be fair I’m leaning forward and not the best angle, but still! Do you think its just a bad photo / where breasts would naturally fall with thier size, or could I benefit from another augmentation (with a new surgeon this time)!

To reshape your breasts to make them perkier, a breast lift may be sufficient. Breast augmentation would only be necessary if you’d like increase size or have significantly rounder breasts. However, the procedure would leave you with an anchor shaped scar.

@Sophia444 You could undergo a scar revision (+/- Fat grafting) to help with the indented appearance of your vertical scar. It may never be completely smooth but the goal would be to release the tethering point and close in layers to avoid this happening again.

An anchor lift will provide more upper pole fullness and a rounder shape. Even with auto augmentation, it will not increase your volume and in fact, some find they are smaller after the procedure. Whether you end up a full C is problematic as you've mentioned two bra sizes. If you are a 34 D,...
