Breast lift or auto-augmentation - which would be best? (Photos)

Hi, I’m interested in a breast lift/augumentation. I don’t want to go down in size but I’m not sure which would be better.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you are ideally suited to have a breast lift using your own tissue. This procedure will reduce your areolar size and lift and tighten your breasts. You can also reduce breast volume with this procedure if that is a goal for you. Some of your breast tissue can be used as a pedicle to provide more projection, but I don't think you need to add more volume with an implant or fat injections. You seem to have plenty of natural breast volume to achieve a beautiful result with a lift alone.

I recommend a breast lift using Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.
