I had a full tummy tuck 2 years ago, was happy with the results but I carry fat around my middle. Above my belly bottom particularly. I have no waist line so wondered if I had lipo of flanks and upper abdomen would it give me a better shape or would it leave me with more loose skin. Or would a fleur de lis and lipo give me a better overall shape. I know scarring would be worse but my tummy is pretty scared already. I want to lose weight (5kg) prior to any surgery which is likely 5 months away.

Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can travel within 2 to 4 weeks after Tummy Tuck surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
Thanks for your inquiry and want your are seeing is very common, I would recommend dry dressing now, but ask your doctor about neosporin, good luck at your appointment.
I'm not exactly sure what happened here, but I would treat you as an umbilical reconstruction. It is possible to deepen the umbilical depression you do have and the results generally turn out well. This shouldn't be done until you are several months out from the initial procedure at least.
