I interviewed quite a few surgeons and never left feeling confident in any, even put off the surgery because of it…but then I found Dr.Nayme. My husband and I put out deposit down same day. He is honest in what will and won’t work for you, thorough and. His results are unlike any surgeon in the area, they speak volumes. His before and afters are unmatched. He is a perfectionist plain and simple. He’s a family man so you know he understands how important it is that you recover and are able to get back to your babies at home! He is there for you every step and question along the way even when he isn’t in office which is a peace of mind.

Five stars don’t begin to capture how life-changing my experience with Dr. Nyame has been.
I had one of the most severe cases of sagging breasts I’ve ever seen, and the transformation is truly remarkable. I knew they were going to look great but somehow they have exceeded every expectation I had. I look in the mirror now and feel confident, comfortable, and like the best version of myself. I literally never had breasts that look this great. How he created so much upper pole fullness without an implant I may never understand, but whatever sorcery this is, it looks incredible!
Over the years, I’ve looked at results from surgeons all across the country, and in my opinion, no one comes close to Dr. Nyame’s work. His skill, precision, and artistry are unmatched, and he is just as kind and humble as he is talented. I am endlessly grateful I waited for him. There is truly no better surgeon.

It’s been almost 7 months since my mommy-make over with Dr. Nyame and I still wake up every day not believing this is actually me! I am one month post op from my breast augmentation. I had a great experience with Charlotte Plastic Surgery and Dr. Nyame.
Dr. Nyame has the best bedside manner and made impeccable recommendations for size and profile after listening to my goals. My most important factor was for my breasts to maintain a "natural hang" as I put it and I am pleasantly surprised that they already have this only one month post op. His skill as a breast surgeon can't be beat. He was also patient in answering my many questions thoroughly.
I was pretty nervous for general anesthesia as well, since it was my first time, and immediately felt better upon meeting the nurse anesthetist who was reassuring and kind. I just felt like I was in the best hands all throughout this experience.
My recovery has been smooth. I was never really in pain but just felt tightness in my skin and breast tissue which was more so in the first week to ten days. Now I feel back to myself and am just avoiding jogging and lifting anything heavy for a while longer to be cautious.

My initial photos showed up strangely cropped so I hope this is more helpful. Healing continues to go well, and shopping for new tops has been a lot of fun. I am back to pretty much everything including exercise. I am using silicone gel on my scars which are neat and flat and I expect they’ll continue to lighten with time.

I found Dr. Nyame while doing research on gynecomastia surgery. I reached out and ended up scheduling gynecomastia plus Lipo 360. I had lost 100 pounds and knew this would help get me to my end goal by getting rid of trouble areas that I was having a hard time losing.

I have an endless amount of appreciation and respect for Dr. Nyame. He is informative and thoughtful in his approach. I am grateful for his perfectionism and precision as a surgeon. Most of all, I knew instantly I could trust him and recognized the incredible person that he is.

And props to the whole team at CPS. Any embarrassment I had before walking in that door for the first time quickly subsided. Every person there made me feel comfortable and at ease, especially Christy. She’s the best!

My recommendation for the guys: put in the hard work first. Get to a good point in your health journey. Then go speak with Dr. Nyame. I truly would not have done gynecomastia and Lipo 360 surgery with anyone but him. Highly recommend!

I wanted SOMETHING to work with! I breastfed for years it seemed, and was left with nothing. The surgery was quick, and I had minimal pain/discomfort. I guess the most pain I had was day one, and I slept. At my 24 hour appointment I was only taking OTC meds and doing great. The “discomfort” just feels like when your milk comes in when you’re postpartum.
I wanted the smallest implants, had inspo pic, and he promised we could achieve exactly what I wanted!

From the first contact to the last follow up visit everything and everyone was great! Dr. Nyame answered all my questions and concerns. Aisha and Christy were helpful with all other questions and concerns. I absolutely love the results of my tummy tuck. I feel like I did 20 years ago. I had an inverted nipple for 17+ years and I was always self-conscience about it. It gave me really low self-esteem and a negative self-image. Even though my husband did not see a flaw, I still hated having it. I did research early on about inverted nipples and most sites said it was no big deal and nothing to worry about and basically to embrace it. That gave me mixed feelings. But none the less, I didn’t do anything about it and just let it be. It affected my love life. I always felt deformed and unattractive. And I lived with that for a long time. Then I realized I needed something positive in my life, something to be happy about and I was fed up with how I was feeling about my nipple. That’s when I decided to get serious about having a procedure to get it fixed. I’m kicking myself in the butt now for waiting as long as I did! I had a great experience and got the outcome I desired. Working with Dr. Nyame was great. He took the time to get to know me and my husband and was very personable. He explained the procedure and actually drew out a picture of what he would do which was nice and helped me understand the procedure better. The procedure went well and I finally had a beautiful nipple. There was soreness for a while, but lessened over time. There were 2 follow up appointments after the procedure to make sure everything was healing as planned. Even in the follow up appointments, Dr. Nyame took his time with me and made sure I was doing good and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was just another patient to him. I recommend this procedure and Dr. Nyame to anyone who is going through the same thing I went through. It’s worth it.

I had put off for some time the idea of plastic surgery to repair my diastasis. I researched “Top Plastic Surgeons” in Charlotte and Dr. Nyame was listed.

To my surprise, a close friend had just just seen him for work and raves about him so I scheduled a consultation.

Let me tell you, his chair side manner is stellar!!
