When I was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago, I was so overwhelmed initially that I didn’t think I would pursue the idea of reconstructive surgery. I just wanted to have a bilateral mastectomy and be done with my boobs (which weren’t that great to begin with)! My breast surgeon recommended I have a consultation before making a decision, and I was referred to Dr. Paul Pierce. His smiling eyes over his mask (Covid precaution season), his warmth at my first office visit, and the way he approached my diagnosis with a positive perspective of my future, left me feeling less frightened and changed my mind, so I decided to proceed with reconstruction. I can honestly say Dr. Pierce & his staff helped me through a difficult & bewildering time, and became a bright spot for me in the midst of the cancer journey. Dr. Pierce listened well and was available by text or call. I proved to be a difficult case with some complications from postop surgery issues, so Dr. Pierce and I spent plenty of time together. Throughout the process of surgeries and aftercare, Dr. Pierce responded with compassion, humor and honesty. His staff members (especially Sarvin & Colm) were professional and kind and I felt they truly cared about me, my prognosis, my family and my life. I recommend Dr. Pierce and have high regard for his knowledge, care and expertise.

Out of all the dr offices that I have been a patient at, Dr Pierce and his staff are hands down the best. They are very caring and listen to you. I would send anyone I know needing a plastic surgeon ro Dr Pierce.

Dr. Pierce, the greatest and the best plastic surgeons in Colorado Spring. He makes feel reassured that I will be okay. He is helpful for the needs and a very good listener! I always feel at ease when I leave his office! The whole staff are always very friendly, makes me feel comfortable! Thank you for making me feel better!!!! I appreciate everyone!

Had a great experienced with Dr. Pierce. He is the best, very professional and knowledgeable. He answers all questions I had. He made my journey so easy. Overall he is great. I will definitely go back to his office if I have too.

I don't know if I can say enough about Dr Pierce and his staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Dr Pierce was always kind and explained all the different options available so that I could make an informed decision. He was helpful in giving me feedback that helped me make the right choice for me, but wasn't pushy or condescending ever. And his staff made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Dr Pierce and his staff made me feel safe and in control even in the midst of a cancer diagnosis that made my life feel chaotic. Love, love this office!

Dr. Pierce and his staff are AMAZING!!! I can't even begin to express how kind and helpful everyone was. Dr. Pierce did the reconstruction after my double mastectomy and I could not be more happy with the care I received. His medical assistants went above and beyond to help make my experience the best it could be given the situation I was going through. The process was seamless and I was always in the know every step of the way. Every question I had along the way (and there were a lot) was answered and explained so I completely understand the steps and the process. I would recommend Dr. Pierce and his wonder team to anyone and everyone.

I recently saw Dr. Pierce as a patient and could not have been happier with his care, bedside manner, and my results. We discussed what I was hoping to achieve and he delivered exactly what I envisioned. He is very easy to talk to and accessible when I had questions. I highly recommend Dr. Pierce.

Dr Paul Pierce and his staff are amazing. I cannot stress how much this procedure helped me…I have ALWAYS had a chubby face despite being well within normal weight/BMI and hated that I could not get rid of my little jowls and chin. He completely changed the shape of my face to a slim, more oval look and I LOVE IT!
I went in for a consult with Dr Pierce in August to talk about chin/jawline lipo. The consult was quick and easy - I left with a full understanding of the procedure and a quote - which was very reasonable (2200). I scheduled the surgery a few days later and was able to get in in October at a time that worked with my crazy work travel schedule. The procedure took about an hour and I left feeling good and was back to work after 2 days.
He gave me his cell number after the procedure and was extremely responsive to my questions post-op - generally questions like “how long will the swelling last - I know….rookie question.
Eleventy billion stars for Dr Pierce and his staff - they are friendly, funny, and ON. IT.

3 months post op - scars are gone - swelling gone - looking and feeling great! My face shaped has slimmed and I’m finally happy with my shape. The surgery and recovery were a breeze and Dr Pierce and his phenomenal team took amazing care of me.

I have always been part of the itty bitty titty committee, and always wanted implants. I've put it off for years because my daughter comes first, hubby second and then me (in my mind). Plus I have always felt guilty spending large sums of money on myself, do too much research, and have way too many questions. Once I finally decided it was time for me, the research began. I cannot express enough thanks to Dr Pierce (and his staff!) for humoring me and my million questions! I went to a couple other surgeons, and Dr Pierce's willingness to answer every single question, absurd or not, during or after business hours really made the difference for me. From the consult, to surgery, to post op, and all the follow ups after, I always felt taken care of! He listened to what I wanted, looked at pictures I liked, and gave me exactly what I've always wanted. I am only 4 months post op, but I am so unbelievably happy with my results! Thank you so much for putting up with my never ending questions and demands and anxiety!

Omg. Every single thing about my experience with Dr. Pierce was INCREDIBLE. From consult to post op care he was phenomenal as was his team. I had a blast with his incredible staff pre-op and post op and cannot express my relief that they actually made plastic surgery FUN.

I got a tummy tuck with muscle repair and body contouring done by him and went from a size 8 to a 2. He was extremely responsive to questions post op (he gave me his CELL PHONE) to reach him. The whole way through recovery he was available to me. He provided me with compression garments, a walker and silicone tape so I had nothing to worry about and everything I needed to recover easily. He offered me exparel and a host of other things to ease my recovery and, as someone who has had multiple non plastic surgeries it’s one of the easiest I’ve gone through.

100% would recommend!

I just had to provide a 6mpo update! I’ve continued to lose weight and keep my BOMB body (compliments of the good Dr. Pierce).

My family and I went on our first beach vacation this week - first time I’ve been in a bikini in 7 years and was NOT mortified to be wearing one.
