I had a BBL April 2022. I am 55 yrs old. I had no complications. Everything Dr PANE said would happen with my body DID JUST THAT. I TRUST HIM 100%. I WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO DO MY BODY. Oh yeah Dr PANE, my 35 yr old Husband says YOU ALWAYS GOT A SPOT AT THE COOKOUT. MMO N BREAST ARE NEXT Updated on 29 May 2024: Love my Booty. Dr PANE thank you so much. I have no complications or complaints. Everything is AWESOME. I'm ready for my MMO. Can't wait. 100% Trustworthy. Yes I gained weight but that is to be expected. Recovery time was minimal for me.
My tummy tuck with Dr.Pane was performed on December 20, 2023 at Unique Aesthetic Center. I am amazed at the simplicity of this recovery. I was terrified to receive the surgery and even more afraid of the recovery. Dr. Pane was patient in answering all the questions I had. He was on time for surgery and he did a good job from what I see so far. I am currently 18 days post op.
I had Lipo360 and bbl with Dr.Pane at Unique Aesthetics in Doral section of Miami. Let’s me just say he is beyond professional. He is nice caring and very explanatory about the procedure. He lets you know what he can do and makes you feel comfortable. I am so glad I choose him. He understood his assignment with me. He gave me what I asked for. He sucked my fat dry n put in all the right areas. I had minimal pain after surgery. By day 2 I was feeling back to my normal self.My results came out great and I’m only 5 days post op. Looking forward to final results. I can’t believe how flat my stomach is and how plump my butt is.My experience with Unique was great as well. I can’t complain. If you want safe, caring, knowledgeable surgeon Dr.Pane is the one. Thank You Dr.Pane for your great work
I did so much research before settling on Dr. Pane. Consulted with 3 doctors before choosing. What made me choose him was a combination of his work on African American women, his natural looking results, the low cost and overall reviews from other patients. The reason why I needed this surgery: A severe abdominal muscle separation after 2 child births. I NEVER worked out prior to children, so I had no muscle memory and no snap back. I didn't even bind my belly after pregnancy. No one told me I needed to. I had to clue how impossible pre-natal care for MY body was. I had a massive "trench" in my belly when laying down and I looked 5 months pregnant, 4 years after my second child. I knew something was wrong so I began to research. I had never heard of "diastasis recti" or DR in my life, but thats what I had. Really bad. I am 5'9 and slim but my belly was extended and huge. Total confidence breaker for a 30 year old. I researched and went back and forth on whether I should do this, for 4-5 years. Heres my brief story. I got a loan. The procedure was under $5000. I called to book my date. I had not 1 virtual or phone consultation. Instead I had to fill out a questionnaire via email. I had a strict schedule when all my labs, covid test results, medical records and physical exam paperwork had to be turned in. My hemoglobin was low so i had to change my surgery date once. Dr. Pane would not approve surgery if your hemoglobin is below 11. I got mine up from 10.4 to 11.4. Had to be out of pocket for ALL LABS (over $200 for the ones they wanted me to test for) plus $130 for the "used to be free" Covid PCR test. Once all paperwork was turned in (uploaded to their patient portal which was so simple and amazing to use), I was good to go and locked it. Unique Aesthetic Center always answered the phone and everyone was always nice and professional. My surgery date came. We traveled 4 hours to Miami. Met Dr Pane the day of surgery. I could only stay 4 days in Miami because hotels were so expensive but they suggested at-least 6,m days, maximum 10 days. Made sure I got a ground room for easier access. My journey began on October 25th 2022. Updated on 18 Jan 2023: The next two months were both smooth, and challenging. About a week after surgery, I noticed a dark thick black substance that was draining into my drains. Later confirmed that it was old blood. Normally it should be clear fluid but apparently I had a blood collection under my skin. The drains stop draining about 2 weeks after so I removed them myself (which was ok by mr Dr Pane since I lived 4 hours away). That’s when the issue started. I didn’t have an issue with the actual surgery and how it was done. I did however, feel like I was quite lopsided in my waist, like one of my sides were less liposuctioned than the other, but the nurses confirm that this will change later, and even out, and it did. But a few days after I took the drains out, I noticed a big hard swollen mass under my skin, which was a hematoma confirmed by mri. It was only because the drains were removed too soon, and some of the blood didnt get a chance to drain out, because it was in the position were was not draining everything. So when my drains were removed, the blood that was still inside was oozing out of my drain holes. In about 4 weeks, my drain holes completely closed. The right one closed first. The one on my left side remained open because it was a stitch left in there that I did not take out all the way. My body refused to heal around the stitch. I had to go to the ER to get the stitch removed and take 2 MRIs to make sure the hematoma was going down, and it was. Warm compresses and Massages REALLY helped heal the hematoma. For some reason the left drain hole got a weird fluid filled bubble on it, as well as a fluid filled mass under my belly button. I think that one came from me wearing scar tape too early. When id I take the scar tape off, some of my skin and scabs came off along with it. But I just kept keeping the area clean with dial antibacterial soap and eventually everything looked good by the end of December 2022. Updated on 18 Jan 2023: 11 weeks out and I’m feeling great. Still looking quite lopsided at my waist, but I found out as more of my own body/anatomy, like one of my hip bones are higher than the other. It has nothing to do with the doctors work. Overall, I am satisfied. My waist is smaller. My belly is gone. I’m finally able to wear jeans comfortably after 11 weeks, without it hurting because of swelling. The swelling has gone down so much. Im able to wear crop tops again. Dr. Thomas Pane did an amazing job especially for the price I paid. I will definitely go back to him if I decide to have a breast lift in the future. I Still have to wear my compression garment for 12 hours a day. When I hit the six month mark, I think I’ll be good to go to not have to wear compression. The doctors office still calls to check on me even this far after the surgery. I had a great experience with Dr. Pane and Unique Aesthetic Center. Would recommend.
Wonderful doctor and seems to be a wonderful person. Although when I went to him he was working at Miami Aesthetics, which was a wonderful place as well. I loved the clinic and the nurses that worked there were so welcoming and wonderful. Never got a severe infection or necrosis. He is my first surgeon. His bed side manner is wonderful but I really wish he had a private practice so I could speak with him more. The aesthetic center had me waiting in a room for a while as he was finishing up with other patients which is fine it showed me he prioritized the person he is currently working with and he is a very busy man. When he entered the room I felt like I had him complete attention he was caring and honestly and willing to answer any questions I had. When he examined me I explained to him my concerns and he gave me his strategy plan. He is honest and realistic about results. He was able to provide me with satisfactory results. But I did need a revision. The scar was perfect but I ended up with uneven arms and still had some hanging residual fat. Perhaps it’s because of my 15lb weight loss not sure. I did have openings in my arm pits after my brachioplasty but they were minor one just had difficulty healing due to my line on work which is physical labor and involved lots of arm movement and that would cause friction in my arm pit I doubt it was the doctors technique. The scars are to my liking. He added liposuction of my sides a bit and removed a pocket of fat known as ‘side boob’. Now the liposuction that was done was a bit uneven contouring according to my other surgeon that did liposuction to address my uneven arms. I’m here to give a completely honest review and by my standards I thought it was fine. I am currently recovering from the liposuction of the arms and they look great so far not a problem he couldn’t fix himself I’m sure. The only problem is that I live in Los Angeles and was traveling out of state to Miami and I am unable to make the travel again at the moment due to personal circumstances. He is great surgeon my surgery was over in about four hours maybe less if I do remember correctly he works quickly the anesthesiologist was awesome. The after care nurses were so kind and wonderful. It was overall a good experience. The total price of the procedure was $6000 but that was earlier this year when he was with a different surgery center. Arm lift with arm liposuction and ‘side boob’ liposuction not sure the official name lol I’m not a medical professional. I wish he had his own private practice!! He was great!
I booked my appointment a year before my surgery so I could make payments on it. My surgery company allowed me to make payments interest free. I was there a nervous to go into surgery seeing people around me in pain. But all in all pain for myself was little to none. One thing I would recommend doing is taking stool softeners before surgery and if paint medicine doesn’t work well on you, I would bring extra strength Tylenol, cause I had to use those on top of the drugs that they gave me for pain (which I only took before massages) the worst part is the lymphatic drainage massages, but by the first day I could tell that I needed them and they were beneficial and they got easier as time passed. Dr. Pane did not use drains which I was very happy about because it made laying on my stomach that much more easy. I did make it a priority to walk as much as I could and I think that, aided in my healing journey. The staff were very friendly. It is beneficial if you can speak Spanish in this particular area but I I do not speak Spanish and they were nice and accommodating. Being in Miami made it easier to want to be outside and walk around, only bad part was I couldn’t get in the water and you have to wear a Faja and you cannot sit. My six weeks seem to fly by and now I can live my life like normal while still wearing my Faja. If you are thinking of doing this, it is definitely worth your money in my opinion, because the confidence level is otherworldly. It is very intimidating but like I said it is 100% worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
This has been a life long dream for me. I have tried everything in the book and I love to workout/ active but it was still discouraging because I knew that fupa was going anywhere. So I was able finally get my immune tuck w/ Lipo flanks. Still swollen but I not worried. Everything went well no complaints at this point currently in post care. I love my results i always had a big belly, but Nooooooo more of those lifting up my belly days!!
I scheduled with Dr Pane with Unique for 10/12/22 I found Dr Pane on IG actually looking at Dr Fisher work I went with pane because he was about 3,500 cheaper for the breast reduction with lift the one thing I didn’t like was how all appointments were given to you last min via e-mail and phone call the day before but let me tell you when it came to Dr Pane ! His bed side manner was top tier !!! The amount of time he took with me prior to my surgery was exceptional ! I’m very satisfied with him and with my results! He’s worth it ladies
I love my breast reduction results Dr.Pane definitely took his time to understand my concerns regarding my heavy saggy breasts. So far it has been an easy recovery for me and all my wounds are healed completely just a little tenderness and swelling but it will subside eventually. You will not regret getting a breast reduction from him. I will definitely come back for tummy tuck ???? I was a size 40E and now hopefully I’m a full C cup I’m looking forward to go bra shopping soon to be more accurate.
My experience was very pleasant. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pane the day before surgery for my implant consultation and he actually helped me pick the size because I had no clue what was achievable with my frame. I told Dr. Pane my goal was to look the same as I do in my bombshell (adds two sizes) bra but without the bra. He did just that! He was very pleasant and informative. He helped me understand the method he would be using during surgery and informed me he believed below the nipple would be the best way of insertion. Day of surgery I went in the morning for pre op and after I was cleared Dr Pane came to see me and marked me up for the surgery. I was taken back by the anesthesiologist who helped make me feel safe and assured me I was in great hands. This is my second plastic surgery procedure and I remember crying before my first surgery. His team helped me feel so much more safe and comfortable than my previous surgeon did. Made the world of a difference! I woke up from surgery in a lot of pain but picked up my medicine right afterwards. Im so glad Dr Pane picked under the nipple incision it was the easier healing! I have all sensation of the nipple if not more I was shocked. Also with it below the nipple theres no rubbing on the bra or anything and Was a much smaller incision than I was expecting. Im 4 weeks post op now. Things are healing great. Ive been able to do light laundry and clean around the house just taking it slowly and not pushing my body. Things have been easier taking care of my kids and getting back to work. Im so glad I did the procedure and cant wait to wear them out!
Some 'bumps' are often just needle injection points that swell a bit, but that doesn't look like the situation here. What I don't like about this story is being told you needed another syringe because the filler ran out. Almost all experienced injectors will place the filler from side-to-side so you cannot run out with one side being significantly uneven.
In Florida we limit fat removal in the office setting to 4000 cc, which is a lot. Only very large patients will need more and that would have to be in stages or in an ASC/hospital setting. The other consideration is the quality of your skin. If it is too loose, liposuction is not as effective, say if there has bee significant weight loss.
Given your anatomy and desire to avoid scarring, you can most likely get by without a vertical scar. The dual plane is an option as is a periareolar lift. As you do not want a big implant, you probably won't get a double curve inferiorly, but that is something to be aware of as well.
You were larger on the left going in, and ideally more should have been taken from that side to make you more symmetric. It looks as if the inner portion on the right may have separated during healing, it is possible this is the source of the pain but difficult to say without an in-person exam. At 4 months it's better to wait longer to revise, but I think you can get a good result. I agree the clitoral hood tissue doesn't look like it was addressed at the initial procedure.
Overall you look quite good. Your question regarding why he didn't to the inverted-T (fleur de lis) procedure is odd because that is decided prior to the surgery. That procedure is more involved but is safe overall. However, you were someone who could have done either procedure, with pros and cons of each approach. In your case, the result you got is quite good and saved you the vertical scar. At this point, if you want to do everything to further improve your result, a full session of abdominal liposuction with or without a mini-tuck is an option.
