Will my boobs get bigger as they drop? I had my BA almost 3 weeks ago. (Photos)

Thank you for your inquiry!The shape of your breasts will continue to change over the next few months. The reason breast implants ride so high after surgery is because they are placed underneath the pectoral muscle. This muscle is usually flat against your chest, so placing an implant underneath it makes it stretch tightly over the implant thereby slightly flattening and elongating it. As that muscle continues to relax, however, the implant will drop down and round out. So, even though the actual volume of the implant does not change, the breasts may actually feel slightly larger and fill a slightly larger bra cup once they have dropped and rounded out.I hope this answered your question! As the breasts heal they will soften and the shape will change.  The overall volume stays the same.  A bra that fits well today may not fit the same in a few months as the implants drop into the pocket.
