The answer to your question does not really pertain to any specific size increase.  Most surgeons have a standard fee for performing a breast enlargement, with additional fees for the anesthesiologist and the surgical facility, prep lab work and a few incidentals.  The cost of the implants can vary by type, but not really by size.  I usually give prospective patients an estimate of between $4,500-$5,500  depending on the implant type and which surgical facility is being used.  You should have a thorough discussion with an experienced, board-certified surgeon about your goals and what type of implant will work best for you.

The cost for breast augmentation is around 5000. The implant cost varies by a few hundred dollars depending on the brand. The saline implant is the least expensive but it is also the least used. The mentor gel implant has a soft silicone gummy feel to it and it cost the surgeon around 1500/pair. The Sientra gel implant has a newer and more cohesive silicone. It holds its shape better. The cost is around 1300/pair. Sientra also has a high cohesive implant for a rounder gel feel. It is the mist expensive implant at 1700/pair. The key is to have a good comprehensive consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with years of experience. A saline breast augmentation will cost between $4000 and $5500. Be wary of costs lower than that. Silicone augmentation is usually between $5500 and $6500. Fat transfer is an option to increase breast size by one cup, but you have to have fat to donate. The cost of that is around $4000-5000, but it is less reliable than implants since some of the fat can be reabsorbed by the body on one or both sides.
