I had fat loss damage from Ultherapy in my face and was so depressed. I went to Dr Garramone for a facial fat transfer and am so happy with my results. Dr Garramone is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and he takes time to listen to all my questions. His staff and injectors are also so kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

The whole experience from the consult to the procedure itself, to the post ops were seamless and pleasant. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable.... listen and answer any questions you may have. I was very comfortable with Dr. Garramone...which is a must if your gonna get naked! Everything from initial consolation to post op was nothing less that world class. I appreciate that Dr G has not only an exquisite eye for detail but a very precise hand. His stitch work is phenomenal. I could not be more pleased with my 2 surgeries. One huge factor for me is he has his surgical room on site and has his own anesthesiologist. The anesthesiologist called me night before each surgery to review, answer questions and reassure me.

I feel like I could stand on the top of a mountain and shout to people that they should go to Dr Garramone! Everything about him & his practice & his staff is absolutely perfect! the best work I have ever had done!! I would love to send everyone to Doc!!

I had thighplasty, morpheus8, BodyTite and lipo. The surgery took about 2 and a 1/2 hours I was very comfortable they made sure that I was well taken care of and as far as I can tell 2 days out I think my legs look absolutely amazing I could cry I am so happy this is been a horrible part of my life having these big ugly elephant legs. Dr. Garramone has made them like beautiful perfect smooth legs. I don't know whether to call him a genius or an artist or both! I will continue to post my progress!! If you feel like I do go to Dr. Garramone. This is life-changing for me.

I went in on Tuesday and was put in tighter compression pants.
I cannot praise my Dr Garramone enough!! I was up and walking hours after surgery. He did a lot to me. I'm very very happy so far with the results it was worth every penny of it. I have had the ugliest elephant legs in the world inductor Guerra movie gave me a new lease on life with beautiful legs there already beautiful it's just a week out in there going to keep getting better I will keep posting pictures I just cannot believe the results he can get. It's worth coming to Florida the way they treat you like a princess, they make sure your happy and you get fabulous results!! I feel like a kid in a candy store.
I never thought one week after having the skin taken off my legs all the fat removed and being sewn back together that I would ever feel this great my stitches are flat and my scars are straight and minimal.

It's almost been three weeks since my thighplasty with morpheus8 and bodytite. I am still sore. Lol the worst part is the miserable compression pants! But with beauty is pain.

My legs are looking great they're not perfect but they're pretty close and they're a million times better than what they were before. My doctor said it will take time for them to completely heal and stop swelling and the morphous8 to kick in. Im pretty happy with my thighplasty.

I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with Dr. Garramone. I have heard that facelifts can be tricky, but Dr. Garramone came through for me 100%. I have a fresh, youthful look without looking artificial.

I couldn't be more happy.

Where do I start WOW! My experience with Dr. Garramone and his staff was definitely a life changing experience. I have been wanting a breast reduction for years and years, my breasts were the one thing that were really taking a toll on my confidence, until I found Dr. Garramone. 

I had searched around to multiple other surgeons until I heard about Dr. Garramone, so many people rave about his work, and I see now that its TRUE! Dr. Garramone does amazing work, he is very precise and clean with his surgeries, and really knows how to connect with his patients. 

From the moment I stepped into Dr. Garramone's practice I knew that this was the place to be. The staff and everyone working there was, so welcoming and kind, they made me feel very comfortable, and thats when I knew that this was for sure the place for me to get my Breast Reduction surgery. 

After my surgery, I have felt so much more confident in myself now because of Dr. Garramone, he has made my breasts look AMAZING!!! Thank you Dr. Garramone and staff for helping me get my confidence back :)

If there were more stars to give, I would give them. I’m so happy with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr G is a true professional and helped guide me to get the results I was looking for, larger, but very natural. I went from a 34B to a 34D and no one, even people I’m very close to has asked me if I had my breasts done. They are that natural looking. If you choose Dr G, you are in great, caring hands.

My experience with Dr G. Was great from start to finish. I felt comfortable even with it being my first surgery and never had been under anesthesia. He was experienced and pointed out everything he saw that needed to be fixed in our consultation. I liked how he was honest with everything he noticed. I’m 29 and a mom of two that breast feed, two different size breast they were far apart, and one lower. It was a lot to fix and I couldn’t be any more happier with my results.... I saw his staff for pre-op, and they gave me my date, time; prescriptions and all information I needed + answered questions I had for pre/post op and explained which bra to bring with me. The day of surgery: I was scheduled for 4:30pm, my mom drove me and waited. I believe I went in around 5. Dr. G marked me, explained everything asked if I had any questions, I also met the nurse who was with me before and after surgery, she took my vitals + urine sample gave me meds and was there when I woke up. I also met the anesthesiologist who was super sweet and funny. He made me laugh which definitely helped as I had natural nerves. Surgery felt like it went so quick, and easy, my nurse woke me up she explained everything to my care giver since I was groggy from waking up. I wasn’t in pain, just a little uncomfortable, but I woke up happy since I FINALLY had boobs! With two kids, one being three years old, the recovery was EASY! I thought it was going to be hard but it honestly was so easy and I would do it again in a heart beat. I also had the weekend off from work plus 2 more day (I’m a poker dealer.) So in all I only requested two days off. Pain level for me was tolerable to none. They give you pain meds. I took it for two days then didn’t need any after that. I hope this review helps any of you ladies, or men. I know finding a doctor is the most important decision and I’m VERY happy Dr. Garramone AND my new boobs and life with boobs in general! Yey to no bra and filling in dresses + having a nice chest/confidence!!! XoXO

Dr Ralph Garramone and his cosmetic improvement team are AMAZING! I had a breast and arm lift completed four days ago. When I got my first look at my results at dressing change 24 hours after surgery, I was so pleased. Words can't express how much I love my new arms and breast. Can't wait to go sleeveless and show off "arms/breast by Dr Garramone!". Tummy tuck on the horizon! I will post pictures after I heal.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Garramone and I can honestly say he is extremely skilled with what he does. I am not sure why I felt he was the right surgeon for me when I had my first surgery, but I guess I just trusted his recommendation. Sure there were others who were great "sales" surgeons, or charming demeanor but his advice was real and so honest. The scars that I have are so minimal and the work is impeccable. My second surgery was the same, perfect. I even asked about a lift at the same time and his advice for my case was to wait, imagine that a Dr. who cares about the patient not the $$$$. I highly recommend Dr. Garramone, it's your body and you deserve the best Dr.
