I had breast augmentation 3 weeks ago and i feel always tired weak and out of breath is that normal... i can't even walk for a bit without feeling weak and tired afterwards, im concerned. ..

While fatigue after surgery is quite common, severe shortness of breath is not. While it may be related to normal postop pain, you need to call your surgeon immediately!

Hi.  Shortness of breath and severe fatigue not normal symptoms for a breast augmentation patient.  You should get evaluated.  The are several different possible causes to rule out.  Your surgeon may wish to send you to an internal medicine specialist for a full work-up.

Extreme fatigue and shortness of breath is not usual in the immediate post op course. You should be evaluated by your plastic surgeon as soon as possible.
