Pre-op cup 34 A and I wanted full, natural and shapely results. I requested a full B to small C cup, but my surgeon (HE IS AWESOME btw) recommended that I instead go for a full C to possible D based on his evaluation of my breast. My initial results were great! I really liked the shape, profile and fullness of my breast. Now two months later I look flat without a padded bra. Should I contact PS prior to 3 month appt? Will I need a revision? Am I expecting results too soon? Maybe it's just me!

Hang in there! As long as the shape and feel are improving week to week, however slowly, there is still hope for the final outcome. Ask you plastic surgeon if there are any compression garments, stretches or massaging exercises that can help speed your recovery.
