2 mths post-op 375cc moderate plus profile, silicone implants are small & flat. Minor projection & lack overall fullness?(photo)

You have nice results for the implants chosen.  In addition, the shape does change over time as your skin stretches over the implant and the implants "settle" in their final position.  I would recommend waiting for now to see if these changes occur and your happier with the shape.  Otherwise, I change to a higher profile implant would be indicated. 

There is an improvement but the wrong size was chosen. But exchange has fees involved. Allow 3 months to be sure you are not happy than consider tevision

If you are unhappy with your breast size then you may need to go with a bigger implant.  This often times happen and it is why we as plastic surgeons tell our patients that picking the implant size is the most difficult part of the procedure.  You also stated you requested a full B to small C which you have.  Please talk with your PS about it.

Your surgeon did a wonderful surgery. You have changed your mind several times from B to C to more......A high profile implant will add more superior fullness. Be careful. You look good and sometimes good results can be redone and get worse.Talk to your surgeon.

Schesule an appointment to discuss yourconcerns wiht your plastic surgeon. It is obviously that this is bothering you or you would not have posted the questions. Your surgeon will want to be aware that you are concerned. Best wishes!
