I'm only 3 weeks post op and my breasts are already sagging. I have no cleavage and no roundness on top. What can I do? (Photo)

Hang in there! As long as the shape and feel are improving week to week, however slowly, there is still hope for the final outcome. Ask you plastic surgeon if there are any compression garments, stretches or massaging exercises that can help speed your recovery.

do look to be healing quite well following your surgery but I agree that you
have a slight decrease in fullness in the upper part of your bust.I think it would be sensible to talk to
your surgeon in detail, perhaps taking photographs of appearances you like and
don’t like to the consultation.You will then be able to have a discussion
with you surgeon about what is realistic to expect after surgery. I hope you find this information helpful and

Based solely on the early post-op photos, it looks like you have a very good result. You have to give it time to heal.  If you are still unhappy, perhaps a revision can be performed after 3-4 months.
