Breast lift & thin skin?

trianglesquare
After pregnancy and breastfeeding I'm planning on getting a breast lift due to sagging and resultant rippling (I have silicone implants are above the muscle). I'm also having fat transferred because I basically have no tissue, just very thin skin from all of the stretching. I would like to have another child in the future but am not in a position to do so now. My fear is if the same thing happens (ballooning of breasts from pregnancy/breastfeeding) will my skin get dangerously thin?
