My experience with Dr Ak and his coordinator, Rabia was fantastic. I was very well taken care of from start to finish. Nothing was left undone. Dr. Ak gave me an honest consultation, aware of what my desires are and followed it perfectly. Rabia coordinated the transportation and pre op appointments. Very thorough. The results are exactly what I imagined and I could not be happier. I very highly recommend this team!!

I had a breast lift and reduction, as I had very significant asymmetry between my 2 breasts, which I was unsure if it would be possible to correct. During my consultation, Dr Erman explained clearly what the surgery would involve and what would be done to correct this asymmetry, which I found very informative. What I appreciated was the fact that Dr Erman explained the complications which may occur as this would be a difficult surgery, this allowed me to make an informed decision which every patient deserves to know! Before and after the surgery, the care I received from the team was outstanding; the nurses, coordinators and Dr Erman were very supportive and helpful in this journey. I am now nearly 3 months post operation and very pleased with my results, and would undoubtedly recommend Dr Erman Ak and his team to anybody considering!

Dr. Erman Ak is very personable. He obviously cares for his clients. I had answers to any questions I had very quickly. He is a very skilled surgeon. I would say he is quite conservative as a surgeon which I really appreciate as I didn't feel pushed into procedures I wasn't ready for.

I had a BBL and 360° liposuction with Dr. Erman AK, and he is truly, by far, the best doctor I could have chosen for this procedure. From the very first second until the very end, I felt completely comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I am fully aware that this is a high-risk operation, which makes choosing the right surgeon even more important — and I can confidently say that I absolutely made the right decision. Dr. Erman AK is incredibly attentive and compassionate. He truly listens to his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. He even checks in with the nurses during the night to ask how his patients are doing. That level of care is rare and deeply reassuring. I am more than satisfied with my results and overall experience. The pain has been very manageable and completely within reason. Currently, I am receiving lymphatic massages from the lovely Serpil, who truly has magical hands. The massages are very pleasant, I feel no pain, and afterward I feel a thousand times lighter. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the communication, the surgery itself, and the aftercare. I would make the exact same decision again without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend him.

Suite à une perte de poids puis une grossesse et à nouveau une perte de poids, je me suis renseignée pour un mommy makeover. Il a réalisé mon opération et j’en suis complètement satisfaite !! Le travail est précis et donne le résultat dont je n’avais même pas osé rêver ! Merci à Rabia qui a assuré tout le côté organisationnel et communication de façon super efficace. Merci également à Serpil pour les massages post-chirurgie, c’est une nécessité que je n’avais pas imaginé mais qui m’a énormément soulagée et permis de récupérer plus rapidement. Niveau prise en charge, tout a été organisé dès mon arrivée à l’aéroport. J’étais dans une chambre individuelle à la clinique puis dans une chambre très spacieuse et confortable à l’hôtel. J’étais un peu stressée avant le départ car je ne savais pas exactement ce qui m’attendait. 6 jours post-op, je peux rassurer les personnes qui lisent cet avis, détenez-vous ! Vous êtes entre de bonnes mains ! Je recommande sincèrement le Dr Ak ainsi que toute son équipe ! Je rentre chez moi satisfaite, sereine et je suis prête pour les prochaines étapes de convalescence post mommy makeover !

I can’t recommend Dr Erman Ak highly enough. I went to him for a corrective breast augmentation with lift after having a previous breast augmentation in 2021 that needed to be redone, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. I flew from the UK to Istanbul for my surgery, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel worried for a single moment. From the first consultation through to aftercare, everything was so well organised and professional that I felt completely safe and confident in my decision. Dr Erman Ak is incredibly meticulous and thorough. My surgery took around four hours, whereas a standard breast augmentation usually takes about two, which really shows the level of care, precision, and attention to detail he puts into his work. Nothing felt rushed — every step was done properly and thoughtfully. He made me feel completely at ease, and the same goes for his entire team. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone was professional, kind, and extremely informative. The clinic itself was spotless and very reassuring in terms of cleanliness and standards. The aftercare was also excellent. I was given everything I needed and very clear, detailed instructions on what to do during recovery, which made the healing process feel much less stressful. One thing that truly stood out to me was Dr Erman Ak’s stitching technique. Even with an anchor scar, after just two weeks there were areas where you could barely see where the stitches had been — they were that fine and precise. The level of skill is honestly impressive. If you’re considering a primary or corrective breast surgery and are even thinking about travelling abroad, I would 100% recommend Dr Erman Ak and his team. I would make the same decision again without hesitation.

The best doctor. I did so much research and couldn’t find a single bad word about Dr Erman AK. There’s also a community of people who have had surgery and are all thrilled with their results on What’s App and the aftercare has been incredible. Not a single bad point and if you’re considering surgery then 100% go for it!

Ik ben hier 21 Januari geopereerd, aan alles is gedacht, van transfers overal naar toe tot de faja en de massages na de operatie! Dr Ak is heel kundig, heel aardig en luistert naar wat jij precies wilt, Rabia de assistent kan je alles vragen en staat je 24/7 te hulp en niks is te gek voor haar. Serpil van de massages heb gouden handen, na de eerste massage voel jeje weer als nieuw en herboren. Voor dat ik wegga naar huis krijg ik nog een checkup van de arts zelf om te kijken of echt alles goed is. Ik heb mij geen een moment angstig gevoeld bij dit team! Ook de zusters in het ziekenhuis zijn aardig en hebben het beste met je voor!

This was genuinely the easiest surgery I have ever had and I have undergone three previous procedures before this one. The professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. Rabia was exceptional throughout. She was extremely organised efficient and an excellent communicator. She coordinated everything seamlessly and was there at every step making the entire process feel calm and well managed. Dr. Erman Ak is the most realistic and honest surgeon I have worked with. He sets clear and achievable expectations and then delivers results that exceed them. His approach is patient first focused on what genuinely works best for the individual and his surgical technique has been excellent. My recovery has been smooth and complication free which I truly believe reflects his skill and experience. Serpil the post operative nurse was also fantastic. She was warm friendly and highly knowledgeable. The wider nursing team went above and beyond offering support and care well beyond what I expected which made a huge difference during recovery. I am extremely happy with my results and my experience and I am confident I made the right choice with Dr. Erman Ak. I look forward to returning for the next stage of my reconstructive journey.
