From the moment I walked in, the staff at the hospital was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The surgeon took the time to listen to my goals, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. I felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. The results look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. The after surgery the nurses took very good care of me and made me feel safe. I would. I can’t recommend Dr Erman Ak highly enough. I went to him for a corrective breast augmentation with lift after having a previous breast augmentation in 2021 that needed to be redone, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. I flew from the UK to Istanbul for my surgery, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel worried for a single moment. From the first consultation through to aftercare, everything was so well organised and professional that I felt completely safe and confident in my decision. Dr Erman Ak is incredibly meticulous and thorough. My surgery took around four hours, whereas a standard breast augmentation usually takes about two, which really shows the level of care, precision, and attention to detail he puts into his work. Nothing felt rushed — every step was done properly and thoughtfully. He made me feel completely at ease, and the same goes for his entire team. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone was professional, kind, and extremely informative. The clinic itself was spotless and very reassuring in terms of cleanliness and standards. The aftercare was also excellent. I was given everything I needed and very clear, detailed instructions on what to do during recovery, which made the healing process feel much less stressful. One thing that truly stood out to me was Dr Erman Ak’s stitching technique. Even with an anchor scar, after just two weeks there were areas where you could barely see where the stitches had been — they were that fine and precise. The level of skill is honestly impressive. If you’re considering a primary or corrective breast surgery and are even thinking about travelling abroad, I would 100% recommend Dr Erman Ak and his team. I would make the same decision again without hesitation.

There’s also a community of people who have had surgery and are all thrilled with their results on What’s App and the aftercare has been incredible. Ik ben hier 21 Januari geopereerd, aan alles is gedacht, van transfers overal naar toe tot de faja en de massages na de operatie! Dr Ak is heel kundig, heel aardig en luistert naar wat jij precies wilt, Rabia de assistent kan je alles vragen en staat je 24/7 te hulp en niks is te gek voor haar. Serpil van de massages heb gouden handen, na de eerste massage voel jeje weer als nieuw en herboren. Voor dat ik wegga naar huis krijg ik nog een checkup van de arts zelf om te kijken of echt alles goed is. Ik heb mij geen een moment angstig gevoeld bij dit team! Ook de zusters in het ziekenhuis zijn aardig en hebben het beste met je voor!

This was genuinely the easiest surgery I have ever had and I have undergone three previous procedures before this one. The professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. Rabia was exceptional throughout. She was extremely organised efficient and an excellent communicator. She coordinated everything seamlessly and was there at every step making the entire process feel calm and well managed. Dr. Erman Ak is the most realistic and honest surgeon I have worked with. He sets clear and achievable expectations and then delivers results that exceed them. His approach is patient first focused on what genuinely works best for the individual and his surgical technique has been excellent. She was warm friendly and highly knowledgeable. The wider nursing team went above and beyond offering support and care well beyond what I expected which made a huge difference during recovery. I am 4.months post face lift, neck lift, temporal lift , brow-forehead lift and fat transfer. I am very happy with the results. I travelled from Australia for the procedure. Dr Erman and his lovely assistant Rabia were excellent with lots of pre and post op communication. I wanted to wait to the 4 month mark to heal fully and see the final result before reviewing as the forehead lift takes time to settle. I am so happy with the results of all of the procedures. I am from the uk and recently had full facial rejuvenation surgery . I chose this doctor following a recommendation from a freind . I found the whole experience fantastic ! The hotel and food was great. All the private nurses and hospital nurses very caring .. even looked after and fed my husband ! I had another nurse Serpil that is part of the team come to the hotel for lymphatic drainage massages .. doing dressings and kissing with the doctor . The co ordinator Rabia I now consider to be a freind .. was excellent in communication from start and is still in contact with me now that I am home ..she eases any worries and answers almost immediately ( but remember the time difference ) she eases any concerns and went above and beyond her job to make all things better for me . This surgeon is fantastic .. honest without arrogance friendly and most of all fantastic at his job ! I am 2 weeks post surgery and my incisions are practically invisible . I’m now four weeks post-op, today, and it feels like a good moment to pause and reflect. The first weeks were mainly about recovery, patience, and listening to my body. Swelling, tightness, and fatigue were very much part of the process, but week by week things have clearly started to shift. By now, I’ve gradually resumed daily life. I’m back at work on reduced hours, carefully rebuilding focus and energy without pushing too hard. Brisk walking has become part of my routine, specifically to support lymphatic drainage, which feels beneficial both physically and mentally. Post-operative massages have been incredibly helpful in reducing tension and supporting recovery, even though they sometimes come with a reminder that healing is still ongoing. What stands out most is how non-linear recovery really is. Some days feel almost “normal,” while others still require extra rest and adjustments. I’ve learned to respect those fluctuations instead of fighting them. Strength and confidence are slowly returning, and small milestones now feel like real wins. Overall, I’m pleased with the progress so far. I’m not rushing the process, but I do feel encouraged and optimistic. Healing takes time, and at four weeks post-op, I can honestly say I’m moving forward - carefully, consciously, and with growing trust in my body.
