I have been working with Dr. Erman for about 2 years. As soon as I saw his dedication during the operation room, I decided that it was the right decision and decided to have breast reduction surgery. I had a weight loss process for about 4 months. I lost 25 kilos during this process. He was so careful about the surgery method and size that it was exactly the size I wanted. I can wear low-cut clothes as I want. I returned to my routine life 1 week after the operation. I can say that there was no pain. The process went very well with the attention and care of the nurses in the service. I definitely recommend it.

The most THOROUGH doctor I’ve ever come across. I work in clinical negligence which has made me very pessimistic about treatments from professionals, but Dr Erman was different. He made sure to carry out proper checks before my surgery, I had to visit a cardiologist to double check some things, he even got a dermatologist to visit me because of my scars just to avoid any complications. He set really good expectations before the surgery so I was sure I was in safe hands! He is an amazing surgeon, and made sure I was checked and everything was looking good whilst I was in the hospital. I couldn’t ask for a better surgical team. I pray God blesses him for his amazing work.

Dr. Erman is one of the best and most professional surgeons ever. You are in the hands of a very experienced and safe professional. With my minor complication after my surgery I was so well cared for by the nurses, Dr. Erman ak who came to visit me several times a day.
He really knows what he is doing, takes no risks at all and would rather check you 5 times too much than 1 time too little. This gave me a very nice and familiar feeling. I have a tummy tuck and 360 lipo.
Massage from Serpil are so wonderful and lightening and the contact with Rabia is super nice, you can app and call her whenever you want.

I'm very happy with the results of my breast augmentation surgery 6 weeks ago. Dr Erman was professional, and the team provided great support before and after the operation. He did a super job with sewing metod and I do really recommend this surgeon!

Dr Erman and his team are absolutely amazing people they are soooooo supportive and reassuring from start to finish.
I have had surgery many times and this was by far my best experience so far. This was my fourth breast surgery and let me tell you I have never been so happy. I was very scared and nervous due to the past experiences and not having the results I wanted. I really respect Dr Ermans honesty and work he talks you through every detail not just before but also after surgery you know every detail of the procedure and what he has done. He really is a perfectionist which is an amazing quality to have in this profession because trust me not all surgeons are like this from what I know from my past experiences. He really does want you to be happy and have the results you want. I can’t recommend him enough especially for revision breast surgery it’s something he specialises in and knows very well. I will be forever thankful to Dr Erman you have changed my life I can now wear bikinis, tops and dresses that I could never wear before with confidence again. I am beyond happy with my results thank you so much. I look forward to coming back for a tummy tuck.

Hij weet écht wat die doet, neemt totaal geen risico’s en controleert je liever 5 keer te veel dan 1 keer te weinig. Dit gaf mij een heel fijn en vertrouwd gevoel. Het contact met lieve Rabia is super fijn, je kan haar appen en bellen wanneer je wil.
Serpil geeft top massages, is super lief en heeft me heel goed en fijn verzorgd. Kijk iedere dag erna uit als ze weer komt.

Very pleasant. I had 360 lipo, fat transfer to the buttocks and arm lipo in March 2025. I was very happy with Dr. Erman both as a person and as a professional. His staff is also exceptional. Very comforting and supportive. I felt i was in good and professional hands throughout my stay.

I recently underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the under-eye area with Dr. Erman Ak, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results.
From the very beginning, Dr. Ak was exceptionally professional, attentive, and caring. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and showed genuine interest in how my recovery was progressing every step of the way.
The results so far are already amazing—even though I’m not fully healed yet, I can clearly see the improvements, and I’m beyond happy with how natural and refreshed I look.

Okay, so I have taken 3 months before doing this review so I can give an honest review.

Firstly, a big shout out to Dr Erman’s team, Rabia especially, she treated me with such care and kindness that honestly she felt like a motherly figure for me & helped me stay so relaxed, so thank you Rabia honestly I’m so grateful <3
Next, I’m from the UK getting Turkey was easy and hassle free, the transport was good and comfortable!
The hotel staff were friendly too, helped take my cousin & I’s suitcase to our rooms.
When meeting Dr Erman, I was initially scared as it all started to sink in that I was really doing this however, he was so calm and educated that I felt so much ease, he recommended me a size and made it clear he wouldn’t go much bigger than a certain size to ensure the procedure is safe and doesn’t cause any issues for me in the future. Also, I originally booked a breast implant + lift and when Dr Erman assessed me he explained how if I was to go ahead with this procedure it would have to be done in two sections which I didn’t want so, he gave me an alternative option which actually ended up with me saving a bit of £!, which I thought was so good as it goes to show how honest Dr Erman is.
The procedure it self was smooth, the hospital staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, you have someone come into your room to clean after you as well, and you have someone who helps you take your walks to ensure your blood stays flowing, which again I thought was so amazing!!!
Honestly, I’m 3 months post op now, Rabia still respond to all my messages in a timely manner and doesn’t make me feel forgotten honestly Dr Erman give her a raise!!!!
