32, female, 155lbs, fairly active, left eye forms under eye bag - suggestions please? (Photos)

Question

I am a 32 year old female that weighs 155 lbs and is fairly actively. The left eye always forms a under eye bag mainly when I smile or drink alcohol. Suggestions please.

A much better set of pictures while you're not smiling, are required to make a determination of if you're a candidate for lower eyelid blepharoplasty. At 32 years of age, you should only require a trans conjunctival approach, fat removal when there is herniated fat bags in the lower lids. All the incisions are placed on the inside of the eyelids.

Plastic surgeons typically make facial aesthetic assessments using close-up quality, standard pictures of patients without facial expression. Contracting the muscles of facial expression can contort and distort the natural anatomy that we don’t assess patients based on showing emotional expression.
