I am 63. In my mid 50s I noticed bagging under my eyes. A transconjuctal bleph was suggested to remove fat and improve the area. After the surgery the dr said "Whoops-there was no fat to remove must be swelling" and that was that. This really ruins my confidence and I’m embarassed to smile. I have these malar/festoons which I know are hard to treat. Sometimes it looks like I have 4 cheeks I don’t do fillers - is there something that can help?
