Facial indentations & under eye drooping, can I smooth them out with filler or surgery? (Photos)

I had Restylane injected under eyes a year ago but had to have some dissolved due to overfill. I've since lost a little weight and am now left with sagging eyes and mid face indentations to either side of my nose (those have always been there but recently gotten worse). Sculptra hasn't helped those indents. I'm in shadowed lighting but wanted to highlight both areas. Is there any hope of smoothing either area out with either filler or surgery?

Answer: I think you are still having volume issues with the old filler.
