I have asymmetrical eyes and deep eye bags which have worsened with age. I think I would be a good candidate for ptosis corrective surgery but I also want to address the eye bag as well. Would I be a better candidate for lower Blepharoplasty or fat transfer in this area? I’m at 29F and would like my eyes to look symmetrical, youthful and awake.

I would recommend removing all of the remaining Restylane. Your cheeks look boggy. You may benefit from corrective filler service after that or you might be a candidate for surgery. An in-person assessment would is necessary to have a reasonable idea of what your are likely to benefit from.
When the area of concern under your eyes goes down to the cheek there is often a fluid component to the problem. You may want to consider non-invasive treatments like radiofrequency microneedling. Surgery with a blepharoplasty may be able to help, but often in a scenario like this the surgery...
