What procedures can make them more appealing? M19, now that I am older people always tell me that my eyes look weird. Been told they look super wide apart, alien like, unnatural, make me look like a "fish", cross eyed, always look tired and sad. I've heard at lot about my eyes, it's always something that gets mentioned and even all my friends always bring up how weird my eyes looked when they first met me but are used to it now. I still have trouble understanding what it is that makes them look weird. Also plan on a chin implant/genio.

Hello! First of all, if you are not bothered by something, it doesn't matter what people say about you. That being said, if they are talking about the fact that your eyes seem "too wide apart", you're actually pretty balanced overall (and if anything, having wider-set eyes gives a friendlier appearance). The main thing that I see is that you have what is called a negative canthal tilt where the outside of the eye is lower than the inner part of the eye. If that were something you wanted to chase after, you would need to look into canthoplasty surgery (although again, you do not HAVE to treat this).
