J PLASMA VS TUMMY TUCK VS LAPAROSCOPIC REPAIR I recently had my second and last kid. Due to the pregnancy, I have a lot of loose skin, diastasis recti and a Hernia. I want to avoid the massive scar I will get from a tummy tuck. Is it possible for me to Tighten all my loose skin from JPlasma or another recommended skin tightening treatment and then do Laparoscopic repair for my diastasis recti and hernia instead of a fully tummy tuck?

Answer: Tummy tuck From your photo you will not achieve good results from J-Plasma. It is designed for those with good skin elasticity. You will have significant improvement with a standard tummy tuck. It will remove excess skin and fat as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. Your hernia can be addressed at the same time. If desired, liposuction can be added for further contouring.

Answer: Tummy tuck Dear tpeete3354, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
