HI I have a Hiatal Hernia it's not big to were it need surgery, but My question is what;s the outcome II get the tummy tuck done and this hiatal hernia is here.

hiatal hernia should have no effect on your tummy tuck results. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Your hiatal hernia will not be even seen with your tummy tuck. The tuck is outside your abdominal muscles and the hernia is inside.  The tuck will have no affect on your hernia.

Hiatal hernia is the entrance of upper stomack yowards the thoracal space. It can be worsened by increased abdominal pressure, which can happen after a tummy tuck operation.
So it is best to consult a general surgeon before planning this surgery, to understand if you’re eligable for this operation.

It is difficult to properly answer your question.  If your hiatal hernia (HH) is very symptomatic, then tightening the abdominal muscles may increase the pressure inside your abdomen and accentuate your HH symptoms.  It may have no affect on on symptoms.  Impossible to predict.

You should probably talk to the general surgeon or gastrone to all just who’s evaluating you in regards to Hiatal hernias. If you have excess visceral fat then the procedure can potentially increase intra-abdominal pressure which could have some impact.
There’s no yes or no, black or white answer to your question. If you’re not having symptoms then it’s unlikely having a tummy tuck will cause any problems for you.
