Lourdes is great at her work! She is a good option but the staff is a major issue if you don’t speak Spanish. The assistant Ashley will pretend to know English but confuse each question and matter. It’s sad because the awesome doctor can’t do everything and require a staff. Yet, the level of incompetence, lack of professionalism, and way to communicate is horrible and I suggest you find a new office until she can find a better person to deliver quality office care.  Initially, the assistant Ashley had me sign papers with another doctors name and not Lourdes but once I brought it to doctor attention nee paperwork was prepared. She provided the medicine papers in Spanish and English but the alignment of the medicine on each paper was different. She was helping me to find care for me and my son post op. I had no idea it was her aunt and the lady was horrible. She arrived 1:30 minutes late, she burned the rice for my son, my son broke an item worth $200 that he never damaged for over 6 months (she wasn’t watching him), and then she tried to demand for her horrible aunt to receive more money than agreed. I simply said for the lady not to return because she was horrible, regardless of being her aunt. After that the way she treated me was more horrible because I didn’t allow her aunt to take advantage. When investing thousands of dollars a person should expect good quality with the doctor and staff not just the doctor because the staff is part of the entire experience! The massage lady is great and highly suggest you obtain the massage lady. Avoid this place until the doctor is with a professional office staff! In general, if you are American run away unless you speak Spanish. I don’t think places in the DR should service Americans unless someone can properly help the Americans. The Dominican Republic is with double standards for pricing. They charge Americans one price and locals another price but when the arrive to the USA they want to be treated equal. This office staff was the worse of my life and lack professionalism. I’m sharing this post because I don’t wish this experience on anyone. There isn’t a resolution you deal with the horrible staff or you can sign a waiver to find a new doctor at your own expense.

I would first like to point out the doctors professionalism and ethic in her work. My overall experience with Dr. Rodriguez and her team was outstanding and welcoming. Dr. Rodriguez is a very skilled plastic surgeon and amazing at it. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time to explain all the details, as well as answer any questions that might come up pre and post surgery. Her assistant is also very caring and professional, I have no complaints. I came to Dr. Rodriguez for a tummy tuck and a breast lift, and I love my results. At only two weeks you can admire the excellence in her work. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez if you are considering having any work done.

I’ve had the best experience with Dra Lourdes. She was recommended to me by a friend who had nothing but great things to say about her, and now after my experience i can do the same. She made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning to the end. Everything was done thoroughly and so on point. Ive honestly never had such a smooth experience like this with any doctor. I had a breast lift w/implant revision and a bbl revision. My nipples were SEVERELY scarred and HUGE. She made them so small and completely got rid of the scarring and im so happy about my body. My experience with Dr.Lourdes was phenomenal! I would 100% recommend with no hesitation! She was very loving and caring and very straight forward. Always there when you needed her no matter the time & day she always said she was a phone call away and she was. I was always being checked up on by herself and by her assistants & I thank them for that. From the time I got my consultation to the time I got surgery they were always so attentive so helpful words can’t explain. Dra. Lourdes was attentive. She is very direct. Explains the procedure ls thoroughly and makes sure that you understand everything involved. I had chin and bilateral arm liposuction. I had a tummy tuck with 360 liposuction and a bbl. I am still healing as surgery was only 3 weeks ago.
