Am I a candidate for tummy tuck & can I have a small fat transfer to my left butt & hip? (Photos)

Thank you for your questions and photos. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Repair of your hernia can be done at the same time. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. This will resolve your hernia as well. The fat can be harvested and transferred to your buttocks.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

It would be easier on you to do the liposuction and fat transfer as a separate procedure from the tummy tuck because you will have to avoid pressure on the fat grafted site for 3 months. You will be more limited on ways you can sleep with both procedures.

Hello, thanks for your question. By the photos, you are a candidate for Full Tummy Tuck or Abdominoplasty. You can extract saggy skin and repair the skin below your belly button. You can do it with a Liposuction for the best results. Consult a plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!

You had previous lipos, so we’ll need to look for arms or legs for more fat harvest. It looks that you need at least 600 cc fat transfer for each side (1200 cc total) and more if possible. We’ll avoid your belly button area for lipo, as you have this umbilical hernia. You also have saggy skin on abdomen, requiring a tummy tuck. (I can’t decide iif you need a mini or a total tummy tuck yet) During tummy tuck, your umbilical hernia can also be repaired and your abdominal muscles tightened.

From your photos you appear to be a good candidate for a standard tummy tuck. This would address loose skin and excess fat as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. Your hernia can be corrected at the same time. Your surgeon will be able to evaluate your situation during an in person consultation with regard to a fat transfer to the buttocks. Hello, thank you for your question and pictures. When a tummy tuck is performed is not advised to do liposuction on the abdomen at the same time due to the risk of necrosis, my advise is to gain some weight we can collect the fat from the back and flanks. The umbilical hernia can be confirmed with an ultrasound and in case it exists can be repaired at the same time as the tummy tuck.
