Tension above my naval and my bellybutton is pulled upwards (Photo)

Pioneering9126
I had a Tummy tuck and Lipo Seven months ago. I I feel tension above my navel and my belly button is pulled up. Sometimes I feel slight pain around my belly button. Is it possible during surgery that my ligament was somehow pulled? If that is the case is it possible for me to have surgery to release the ligament so I can have relief from the tension? I had an abdominal ultrasound and I am awaiting results.
