I’m currently a size 36 D-DD. I want to do a breast lift but by just doing a breast lift alone will I still get that flat pancake looking boob? Or can a round shape be achieved with a breast lift. Or do you recommend an augmentation as well? Added photos of my boobs and boobs I like :)

Answer: Breast lift with implants plus Vaser to side chest For the wish pic results you want, breast lift with implants for upper fill will achieve it. Personally, I also recommend Vaser ultrasound liposuction for the lateral chest ("side boob") for even more definition. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Lift A lift will lift your breasts and reduce them approximately 1 cup size. Over time, the majority of lifts result in little upper pole fullness which most patients desire. If you are looking for long term upper pole fullness and wish to remain approximately the same cup size or larger, I would recommend a small implant at the time of your lift. Best of luck, Dr. Greenwald
